Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
I just wanted to say thanks to Sutherland Global Services for firing my girlfriend today, a mother of two young children five days before Christmas. This past month has been very difficult one for us. The kids having the flu, and being unfit for daycare she had to stay home and missed three weeks of work, turned around went back to work and then got the flu herself. She signed up to work all through the holidays including working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Year's Day just to make up some time and make up some money that she did not receive. She has not gotten a paycheck all month. She's trying to be a good parent and do what she can and because of all this time that the kids were sick she got "terminated" even upon providing proper documentation for why she was off with the kids. Clearly the "amazing" company that she worked for has no heart. (Point proven with the bed bug spraying incident last month) How can this company get away with this, specially this close to Christmas. What is she supposed to do for the kids? How is she to explain to her four year old that "Santa" was on a dollar store budget for Christmas this year.
Wanting to wish everyone a safe and happy weekend, and above all a blessed Christmas season
Unfortunately, I found myself unemployed this Monday and was standing in line on Ouellette for a free turkey in order to feed my family.
Spotted : Some ladies from the Post Office across the street came by to chat with us about what we were lining up for. I told them and proceeded to chit chat with them. About 1/ 2 hour later they found me and several others in line again and gave us a card. They told us to come over to the post office they had something for us. They had gone and bought turkeys and gave them out to us. With tears in my eyes and gave them a hug and thanked them..... It never ceases to amaze me the generosity of Windorites today. Thank you ladies, you are truly wonderful people. xxxooo I will think of you all when I am feeding my family on Christmas day!
spotted: to my wonderful family and friends. I wanted all of you guys to know you are greatly appreciated during the holiday season and always. I have been going through a lot and you all have been here for me. I think this website is an amazing thing that helps to acknowledge the special things people do or see. To me, its great because I get to personally share my feels towards the people in my life. To all of you, I couldn't ask for better people to spend my holiday season with. To all my true friends thank you for always being there and simply for being a friend to me. Merry Christmas to all of you. :)
Spotted : Well after being up all night and not sleeping.. and then having to go all the way from east side Windsor to downtown on the bus at 8am this morning to renew my health card because tomorrow is my birthday. I was in a really bad mood.. On the way home me and my husband decided to stop at Tim Hortons at Tecumseh Mall. I got a medium ice capp and when the girl handed it to me she's like I accidently made you a large. I know its not much but that really made my day.. I thanked her and now get to enjoy a large ice capp!
I love this site and would like to make my own post.
This year has been one of the best years for me in a very long time.
A lot of this is due to my amazing friends and family. I want to thank them from the very bottom of my heart. They have supported me, lifted my spirits when I was down, And helped me become a stronger and better person. I couldn't be more appreciative for all they have done for me. I am very blessed to have such amazing people in my life. I love every single one of you to pieces and hope you know how much it means to me to have all of you in my life. I hope 2014 brings you all the happiness, love and peace you all deserve.
Just wanted to let you know, you have ALL been spotted, and I could not be any more thankful for all the love I have received.
With all my most warmest wishes, for the best years to come

Spotted: Hey everyone! I would love to point out one family and that is the Greenwood family. They have been through a lot within the last year. In Jan 2013 they lost two beautiful children in an accident. Those beautiful kids are now our angels . I would love to share a group in which is called ' Forever 13'. Forever 13 is a group that shows everyone about traffic safety, what's going on in the city and to show others for their and their kids safety. Please join the group so we can spread the awareness:)!!
