Hi spotted in Windsor

I spot a little girl with a big heart. I know every mom is proud of their kids but my daughter has done something that makes me beyond proud. From November 1st till today December 5th she has collected more than 300 winter accessories( hats, mittens and scarves) that she is donating tomorrow to help the needy during the cold months. We will be going to the Hiatus house and street help/ unit 7 homeless services. She is beyond proud and I think this helps bring some holiday spirit in all of us. She has been helped by so many friends, relatives and people we don't even know that heard of her little campaign..

Small gifts, big difference.

Signed
Proud of my Tatum.

To the Walkerville 8 bus driver the past couple of days around 8:30. I have been having a rough week. Running late, busses driving past me or being extremely late, arguments with my boyfriend over stupid things.. Seeing how cheerful and kind you are to everyone who gets on your bus brought a smile to my face. The way you wish everyone a good day as they get off the bus and say good morning to those who are getting on reminds me that not every bus driver seems to hate their job. Thank you for cheering me up on a day I needed it.

To the lady who came in to my work place this after noon around 4 and asked me to make copies for her it wasn't very nice to threaten me with spotted in Windsor and take my business card after I declined politely and said sorry. There was no need for threats. I think staples and Mr copies are places you need to go to for copies I'm sorry again if you thought I didn't want to help you.

I have renewed faith in the season. I wanted to make a difference in my neighbours Christmas. They have been through a lot lately, Cancer, not working, single income cut dramatically. They have two children 5 and 8. I see them everyday and wanted to put a sparkle in their eye by gathering up donations of food and money. They do not know this is happening but I have had a great response from my family and friends. I cannot remember the last time I have felt so overjoyed. I always give to charities, but what a difference when you know the recipients. I will be presenting them with boxes of food and a good amount of money. I cannot wait to see their faces. The kids have been so sad and worried that I just wanted to make sure they had a good Christmas. Thanks to all who gave so generously...you truly are the spirit of Christmas.

My father has been doing lunch for my three children for years. He is now down to only one left, she is in grade 8 now. So this is his last year. This is what she posted on her FB page today:
As my Grandpa and me listen to the radio at lunch, we hear that the subject is people winning the lottery. They ask people to call in, and say what the best thing they ever won was. My grandpa says to me "The best thing I ever won was being able to make lunch for my grandchildren". Love you Pup? xoxo?
Signed, a grateful daughter!

I was @costco with my mom (Brenda Morin), this afternoon between 3 and 4 pm and spotted a lady that I've never even met before purchase my mom's items for her. It wasn't a lot but the fact that a totall stranger went out of their way to do such a nice thing for my. Mom will not go un noticed. My mom was nearly brought to tears by this kind gesture, and promisses to pay it forward at some point. It just goes to show that we here in the city have big hearts and will do most anything to. Put a smile on ones face.

God bless
