Amazing service today at Canadian Tire auto parts section by JAMES. He went above and beyond providing us with advise on the repair of our car (flushing the coolant). Koodos to you James...you took the time and gave us excellent customer service today! Your tag said "manager" so I'm sure you're an excellent role model to all of those around you.
I just wanted to thank the person who started Spotted!! You are kind, wonderful, and caring. This video is for you, because I cannot pay it forward to you, I can however pay it forward to others and I do. This video I think epitomizes everything about you, the creator of such an amazing place on the web. I hope this video inspires others to pay it forward, just because. Thats the best way to be. To the Creator of Spotted........You have been spotted!! Thank you
I want to send a big shout out to the two Devonshire mall employees, nurse who was shopping and took time out of her day to help and EMTs who were so patient and understanding today. While my husband, daughter and I were shopping today my husband ended up having a seizure. Well needless to say when he starts coming out of his seizure he is a little hard to talk to. They all were very patient, understanding and caring. Usually if we are out and about we get a lot of staring and people walking past us. Today showed that there people out there that care and not just there to do their jobs. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!!!

My hubby and I were in the shop today when a tickle in my throat caused me to start coughing. This sweet lady ran to get me a bottle of water. She even apologized that it was not very cold. Excellent service...above and beyond, thanks so much !!!

On Saturday I went to get a gyro with my sister at Greek boy on glengarry and wyandott. I started my order and I had to ask my sister if she wanted salad or fries I came back in and said salad and he walked away I didn't even finish my order he comes back and asks the next guy his order after he took that order I said recuse me I never finished my order he rudely says why didn't u tell me I said well you just walked away. So he's taking my order I wanted no onions on one and no tomatoes and onions on the other and I told him one gyro plain with tazhiki on the side he starts getting loud with me and rude so I said forget it then he yells get out of here I will never go back there again and apparently he is rude to all his customers I will never go back there again
I just had bi lateral carpal tunnel release on Thursday. My 11 yr old son has stayed home this weekend to help me. He hasn't stopped. I can't even turn a door knob. He really wanted to go for a walk today to get a donut at timmies and walk up to the video store. So me with my hands all wrapped walked him over to met hospital to find out all their donuts were sold :-(. We the walked up Tecumseh rd. Stopping at different stores. Stopping at a store for a drink for him to realize my money had fallen out of my pocket. I felt just awful. I lost $15 somewhere in our travels. He looked at me and just replied that's ok mom. Lets just go home. My heart was broken. He has helped me so much since Thursday I couldn't even get a drink for him. He walked ahead of me trying to see if he could find it for me. He said "mom I know you try and save as much as you can , loosing it must really make you mad but there is nothing you can do". He was right. He lightly took my hand and said lets just go home. So if anyone finds $15 in the Met and Tec rd area its not a LG amount of money but use it wisely. Even my 11yr old understands the value of money. He didn't get to have his donut or drink but still smiled and held my hand all the way home.
To the cab driver that pulled into Subway @ 10:30 pm on Wyandotte St E (May 17th, 2014).
I saw you helping your passenger - a very elderly lady - out of your vehicle and into Subway with her purse and cane. You appeared so patient and kind with her during what I assume was a late night snack run and I can only imagine how much she appreciated your assistance. It was so great seeing you take the time to help her get safely inside... and you even made it before closing time. You've been spotted!
