Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
I was admitted into Met Hospital over the long weekend (Saturday to Monday) I would like to thank the Nurses Joe, Carol, Judy and nick for the wonderful care I received from them. They were honest, respectful, and loyal to their patients. I have never felt so cared for as I have from these four. I wish I knew how to contact each and every one of you to give you a huge hug and my thanks but I hope one or if not all of you see this. Also to Joe who took me from the ER right up to assessing me to placing me in my room, your bedside manor was amazing and allowing my mother and best friend to be with me even after visiting hours. As scared as I was with everything that had happened to me in a 6 hour window, you had acted like if I had known you my whole life explaining and going over things. I thank you from a quiet none pain in the butt patient. You all have been spotted

To the staff at Met Hospital, especially the Day Surgery Staff - you've been spotted! You ran like a well oiled machine - you were fast, considerate, kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me on what was about to be done and what to expect afterwards. The last time I had surgery was at Hotel Dieu and I had a very bad experience and was quite afraid of the idea of going through it again. Thank you for restoring my faith. You guys are great!

to the couple who was walking their dog on tranby around 2:15 Wednesday afternoon....why bother to stop and pick up after your dog if you are just going to throw that bag into someone's lawn/ bushes? you even left it there after I slowed down and said something to you about it.
it was very considerate of you to "stoop n scoop", but would it have killed you to carry the baggie a block or so until you came across a garbage can?
just sayin'
Today is smart fit-athon at my child's school and they are having pitas for lunch. It totally skipped my mind I forgot to send in the money for the pita. I called pita pit on Tecumseh road to have them charge it to my credit card and bring my child lunch so she doesn't feel left out and he said its no charge not a problem, ill send it for you.
Thank you so much Pita Pit, you will have definitely made my grade 1 child's day.
Your kindness has been spotted

Today I witnessed the bus driver of the crosstown 2 that left Tecumseh mall around 210 go above and beyond to help a passenger in a wheelchair get to where she was going. She wanted to get to Trinity Towers on Lauzon but went past it and did not realize it. Bus driver told her he would drop her off at a stop so she could cross the road to another stop and notify the other 2 where she wanted to go. That in its self is great what he did after made it even better. He helped her off moved the bus up and helped her cross the road. Drive of bus 442 you have be spotted for being so caring to a passenger.
My sister took this picture today so beautiful
