Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
Just as I was turning onto County Road 22 off of East Pike Creek tonight my car lost power I did all I could do to get my car as close as possible to side of road
As we all know it is rush hour traffic at that time of day worst place ever to break down
While waiting for the tow truck to arrive and on the brink of a nervous breakdown watching all these card come at me and almosy hit me there were two gentlemen that actually stopped to see if I needed assistance one of these men was going in the opposite direction and did a u turn
Just wanted to say thank you to both gentlemen for stopping to see if you could help whole others just drove by and honked their horns at me (they all acted like I wanted to break down there)
Also a big thank you to my brother for coming and rescuing me and my co worker for the use of her caa card
Hopefully when the dealer calls tomorrow it is not that major
A picture is worth a thousand words.
To the Assumption High School students crossing Huron Church today at 3:15pm dodging south bound truck traffic. The City of Windsor built you a bridge to walk over for your safety. Use it!

BIG THANKS to Denise & Lori at the humane society for connecting the dots & calling me at work so we could reunite the sweet little dog we found last night with her family! Her owner came & picked her up this afternoon, boy was she happy to see him! So glad it was easily resolved!

I am asking for everyone's prayers. A dear friend of the family is a cancer warrior. She was diagnosed with cancer 6 years ago. And within the six years she has fought colon cancer breast cancer a removal of a lung and now colon cancer again. Through the kemo and radiation this cancer warrior still went to work and never let the cancer get to her. Last week she had her 4th fight and undergone a serious operation removal of colon cancer. I am saddened to say she is not doing well this time. Please say a prayer or send your positive energy out her way. Thank you everyone and god bless.
I'm currently a patient at Met after having surgery yesterday and just have to say that the staff here is top notch! From Elizabeth who took me into surgery, to Dr. Smith and Dr. Patel, to the nurses Jennifer and Holly and several student nurses and support staff as well, everyone here has taken the time to explain everything, to be compassionate and has provided top notch care. I cannot thank you enough for being the professionals you are and for helping to make this experience comfortable.
Met hospital truly provides outstanding care!
