I Love visiting with my dad and playing with my trains. He has taken me to many different places and I always have the best of times when I'm with him.
My dad and I make a couple of trips to London each year to see my Cardiologist and to make sure that my heart is doing good. My mom thinks that he's a pretty special daddy just for that reason alone.
I know you've loved me as long as I've lived, but I've loved you my whole life.

Today I took a walk with my 3 children, one is in a stroller, to the Tim Horton's at Huron and Tecumseh. It's hard enough to get around because I have a broken foot and I have to wear a fracture boot, but now throw in the stroller and its even lovelier. Lol.
Anyway, anytime I try to get into tight spaces etc with the stroller no one ever helps, they avoid me actually.
Today is different!!!
To the very polite older gentleman I like to thank you. Thank you for holding my drink tray for me while I tried to menuver out the labyrinth of people who couldn't be bothered to take a step aside for me. Thank you for getting the door and thank you for helping carry my drink tray outside! Its rare to have helping hands offered to me and today it was refreshing. :)

I was talking on my cell phone Friday night while on my balcony at Riverside & Bruce. It was a gorgeous day, late afternoon. I saw two boys riding their bikes. An Acura minivan hit the one boy on the bike and then proceeded to HONK at HIM!!! He had the walk signal and YOU were over the crosswalk, Acura! Learn how to drive and shame on you for being over on the crosswalk, hitting a young man and honking the horn at him!! Maybe you should drive 15min and do that in Detroit and we can see what happens. I tried getting your plate number but unfortunately it came out fuzzy.. Lucky you.

checked the mail today and got my renewal papers for my home insurance. in four years, my insurance has literally doubled from $44/ month to almost $90/ month. i have only ever missed one payment when closing an account and transferring my direct withdrawal to a new account. I gave Johnson the new info but they said there wasn't enough time to make the change and it would come up NSF and I'd be penalized and the missed payment would be divided up to my remaining payments for the year and would go back down the next year. I called and spoke to Kelly Boyle and said I would come in to the office and pay it early so it wouldn't be a missed payment and she said they didn't take cash only direct withdrawal... seriously? she was pretty rude and not a all helpful. at the start of the new year, not only did my payments not go back to what they were, they increased! and have been doing so annually ever since. so, is there anyone out there who really likes their insurance and is willing to offer referrals/ recommendations? I just need a trustworthy place that isn't going to gouge or take advantage because I absolutly won't be renewing with Johnson.

i want to recognize the most wonderful dad in the world my dad james he is the best dad a guy could ever ask for he came into my life and took me into his heart like he had been there since the day i was born i was seven when i first met him and and now i am 26 i am in a wheelchair have been since birth and he came into my moms life and started to care for me and my sisters and my mom like an old pro.hes been with me through hundreds of seizures several surgeries and watched me grow into a man .and might i add he was the role model that made me the man i am today so for that james you are my HERO and i love you more then words could ever describe I LOVE YOU (DAD) HAPPY FATHERS DAY MY HERO MY DAD MY FRIEND ....JOEY XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO
