First responders and boys in blue

To the EMS and police officers that attended my mother and sister's car accident tonight (hit and run from a drunk), thank you so much for your professionalism and for the care you gave my mother and twin sister. I'm sorry I did not get your names, but I hope you enjoy the cake!

Again, thank you!

Drunken hit and run

Spotted: The young drunk woman/ teenager (I don't know) who not only hit my mother's car with she and my sister in it, but then proceeded to take off on foot from the scene of the accident.

Have fun rotting in jail. You're scum of the earth. If you ask me, you were overly rewarded when you got away with your life...rot...rot....ROT in jail.

Autism Services Inc. thanks the community

On behalf of myself and Autism Services Inc, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated items towards The 2014 Wish List for The Summer Program. We could not do this without the generous support from our community! By donating to our Wish List, this enables ASI to keep costs down, while still maintaining an exceptional program. The Bruce Awad Summer Program is such an important part of the summer for individuals with autism, their accomplishments are so inspiring! There are still items needed on the Wish List, with The Summer Program set to begin on July 7. What a great community we live in! Thank You!

Sweetheart of a Neighbour

To my sweetheart of a neighbour Madison. Tonight you saw me struggling to cut my grass with my 3 year old who has decided he is petrified of bugs. When you came over I was giving him a piggy-back ride while pushing the mower and you took him for a quick walk so I could finish up. You are so sweet. You and your parents (for raising you so well) have been spotted!

Transit Windsor

Today my son was on the bus on his way home from school. The bus stopped at Howard and Tecumseh to pick up passengers. They were an 84 yr old couple in electric wheel chairs. The driver told them that he couldn't fit them on. The woman said that the previous 2 buses said the same thing and that it was hot out seeing it was 2 in the afternoon. The bus driver then proceeded to tell the woman to quit being such a (insert word here) repeatedly. This bothered my son on many levels. He knows how poorly the driver was behaving as well as this was his great grandfather and his girlfriend. This is the same driver that has called my soft spoken and shy son names and I have had to report him. This same driver does not give the one day grace on the bus passes that is standard procedure with Transit Windsor. This is the third time I have had to report this man. How disgraceful can you possibly be to treat the children and elderly this way. How does he keep his job. I know that if I would have spoken to customers like that, I would have been fired on the spot. How shocking is it that a teenager knows more about how to treat people than a middle aged man.
