After a long day at work then a birthday party all I wanted was my tim is coffee. Go to the Tim hortons on Tecumseh rd near manning g rd. I asked for a large coffee 2 sugar three milk, the young female repeats order back to me , I could not hear her due to my loud children so I said "excuse me I didn't hear that." She says "what do u want?." I repeated my self and added the rest of my order including a box of assorted timbits, then she says rudely " WOULD YOU LIKE TO PICK THEM YOURSELF." so I said" I asked for assorted." She says " That will be blank amount of money go to window." wow, I drive up all I get is complete attitude from this young lady. She takes my money basically throws my order at me say "have a nice day " and slams the window shut. What horrible customer service if u don't like your job get a new one. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and have never treated someone like that.

my friend left her backpack unattended for approx 15-20 min on Ottawa street on a bench in front of Freeds, when she returned someone had already taken it. It is full of very expensive hair equipment that she can not afford to replace! please help her find it!

Lost hair styling equipment in brown and green plaid "Element" backpack, tag saying "Bailey Laur" with phone number, lost on Ottawa st in front of Freeds. Irreplaceable items considering I am a single mother in school full time trying to make ends meet, Need these tools to start my career as a hairstylist, I can not afford to replace them and just looking to get my items back.
