Yesterday, at the Hospice Residential Home, Luigi Z was presented with his Master's degree by University of Windsor president Alan Wildeman and Professor Bil Altenhof. It was truly a special moment for Luigi, his wife Silvana, and their family and friends, along with the boys from the fire station. Mike Bennett, MSW with The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is an angel among us for orchestrating this beautiful life moment. One of Luigi's most important goals at the beginning of his journey with cancer was to complete his engineering Master's degree. Congratulations Lu!!

I wasn't trying to freak you out at the market but I looked up and saw the Dave Matthews Band T-shirts on you and wanted to say "YOU ROCK Mamas'" I was there with my sons at DTE and it was an amazing night.
Then I didn't say it because you looked at me like I was crazy LOL.
My only disappointment was he didn't sing don't drink the water! ...

TO THE DRUNK MAN AT 3;30 LAST NIGHT IN EAST WINDSOR, You came to my home BANGED AND KICKED my door which woke me up I went to the door assuming it was my husband locked out to only find a drunk man trying to push his way into my home, it took all my force to push you out and get my door shut to lock it, you then continued to bang and kick my door while screaming...you continued to pace and then grabbed my chair from the front porch, which i thought he was going to hit my door with and then took off with the chair. YOU SCARED me to death, I was so shaken and YOU ARE LUCKY MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN WERE NOT HOME and thankfully my house was locked and you didn't just walk in on me sleeping in my home...OTHERWISE you would be in jail. People need to learn how to drink responsibly or just don't drink if you can not control yourself...Luckily for the both of us it did not escalate but was I ever shaken up...Jerk.

People in central Windsor around the area of the Caboto club keep and eye out and make sure to keep your car doors locked. I woke up this morning to find my car had been broken in to and rummaged through and had an i pod stolen. And to the person who broke in, if you read this I'm sorry for you, you steal from hard working people to make a quick buck because you are too lazy to work for something yourself. Or maybe you do it for the thrill, well if you want a real thrill come to my front door and talk to me. I'm not mad, just disappointed that I live amongst a lowlife like you. Feel free to return my property anytime. Thanks.

Our Black Snorkie Bella ran out of the gate the evening of 6/ 26. Moy and Niagara area of Walkerville. She was last seen on Hall following two girls towards Wyandotte.

Just wanted to make everyone aware that there was a man that came out of the bushes at Memorial Park along the tracks around 11pm and attempted to stop me on my bike. Luckily I had my dog which spooked him and he had went back into the bushes. There is no lights back there so be careful!

After a long day at work then a birthday party all I wanted was my tim is coffee. Go to the Tim hortons on Tecumseh rd near manning g rd. I asked for a large coffee 2 sugar three milk, the young female repeats order back to me , I could not hear her due to my loud children so I said "excuse me I didn't hear that." She says "what do u want?." I repeated my self and added the rest of my order including a box of assorted timbits, then she says rudely " WOULD YOU LIKE TO PICK THEM YOURSELF." so I said" I asked for assorted." She says " That will be blank amount of money go to window." wow, I drive up all I get is complete attitude from this young lady. She takes my money basically throws my order at me say "have a nice day " and slams the window shut. What horrible customer service if u don't like your job get a new one. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and have never treated someone like that.
