I would like to give a warm hearted thank you to those that have came forward to help my family out after we lost everything to a house fire last week..Nicole Ledoux for helping me paint my new home to wee hours and driving me around and for picking up my furry family members. Thank youu so much !! Truly heartfelt thank you to the kind person who decided to turn in my pink $100 nike running shoes that I had forgot in the ladies change room last week ! I have been ransacking my house looking for them and was so glad when they were at the security desk waiting for me when I decided to go check ! I appreciate that so much considering they're still In brand new condition ! I wish I knew who it was to tell you thank you !!

Somebody called the dollarama at central mall a few weeks ago about a lost clip with a bus on it . I took down the name and number but one of the cashiers threw it out . The clip was found a few days ago. The girl said it had sentimental value so i feel bad about not being able to get a hold of her. If somebody knows who it is it can be picked up. :)

This morning our family had the funeral of my mother in law , our procession drove from Amherstburg to Windsor ,..We would like to thank all the people along the way that we encountered ,..The Ontario Provincial Police officers at the intersection, that removed their hats & helped with traffic ,..The construction crew workers that stopped working & removed their hats,..when we went by,... & all the other good people that we dont even know that pulled over & showed so much respect as we went by ,...on this sad day for us , it was so comforting & uplifting to feel the sympathy & respect from from everyone ,..Thank You

Spotted: Windsor Family Market at the corner of Mercer and Wyandotte downtown. I haven't bought my veggies and fruit from anywhere else after I discovered this market. I just got home with enough veggies and fruit for 2+ weeks for under $15. I would have paid closer to $40+ if I went to Food Basics or FreshCo which are the only other grocery stores nearby (as far as I know).

The staff are friendly and helpful. I've never waited longer than 2 minutes in line to pay for my items. Love this market!

I've found a young female calico vet says she's around two she's very friendly and loves to be petted she's missing the tip of one ear if you are her family or know where she belongs please let me know I want to get her home safely

I found this cat around heritage drive. It was crying and following my sister and I home so we gave it food and water. The cat was clearly starving and ate a couple of bowls of food. It is still on our porch. Unfortunately, we cannot take the cat inside, as we have other animals that may not get along with him/ her!

A very rare turtle has been lost. He got out of the back yard and a neighbour thought he was a regular aquatic turtle so dropped him off by a pond. However this is a very rare turtle and a beloved family pet. He is vegetarian and does not belong in the water. He has been with this family for many many years. The original woman that brought him into canada many many years ago recently passed away and this turtle was her most cherished possession. He was dropped at mcHugh and Florence by Wfcu centre. There is a pond u can see from the road....across the street there is another pond that is by the trail. That's where he was dropped off at. He was spotted on Tuesday by John's pond.
