Shopped today at the Box food store on George and Wyandotte to pickup a few groceries for my elderly in laws.
When I checked out I was told that my purchase was paid for by the gentlemen who checked out in front of me. Sir you are so kind spirited. I want you to know you made my day.I will be paying it forward. Thank you .

I would like to say a big thank you to the gentleman at the Walmart parking lot that gave my daughters each a toy doll to one and a teddy bear to the other you made their night they were so happy and are now sleeping with them

This morning my 75 year old mother was walking across Calderwood and Walker Rd. with the green light and a car that was actually stopped at the red light creeped up slowly and hit her hard enough to knock her down. She was shaken. A male passerby stopped and helped her up and used my mother's phone to get a picture of the car that hit her, that person's driver's license and plate. My mother is doing ok but is at the hospital to get xrays of her legs and hip.
We are hoping to find the name of the good Samaritan who helped her today if only to say THANK YOU so much but also the police would like the person's name as a witness.

On Monday I had to return my daughter's Elsa dress that lights up and plays music because it stopped playing music. The return was super easy. I went to the toy department to find a new one but the last one there didn't work at all. Joanna was working in the next aisle so I asked her for some help. She offered to try new batteries in it. While I was waiting for her and Annette (manager maybe?) to find a screw driver to open the batter compartment of the dress, about 6 or 8 employees asked if I was being helped or needed anything. When they found a screw driver and installed the new batteries, it still didn't work : ( Annette said that they would be getting shipments in daily bc it's so close to Christmas. I had the product number on the receipt so it should be easy. She suggested I ask how many were in stock when I called bc their system showed they had 9 in stock but there were none. I called this morning and the girl on the phone said the system showed they should have some on hand but when they sent someone to check on it, there were none. Thank you to everyone for all the help!! Customer service like this is hard to find these days, I appreciated everything you guys did!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the 2 generous big tips today we received in drive thru. You have made the staff very happy and it was very much appreciated! It was a very nice gesture.

Karen the nurse on the 6th floor at hotel dieu you have been spotted for your kindness, understanding and how amazing you were with our g.g. she was in the hospital for two months and you treated her as you would your own mother, she loved you as we all did, but you were great with her and us right until the very end. And for that you deserve to be spotted. Thank you so much!
