St. George's church at 1949 Devonshire court ( behind the Tim Horton's at kildare and Ottawa St.) is holding its vote today. They are asking everyone to come show their support of keeping the doors open. They house fellowships such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and the Triangle group of all of the fellowships as well. Please come and show your support this morning at 10:30am. Next time someone gives you the advice to do your fly up in the washroom, instead of getting angry and resentful because you feel you're being unfairly ordered around, how about realizing the people who think you should do that have a sense of decency and you had lost your's (temporarily I hope).

Also, if you were trying to impress the girls, I spoke to them afterward and none of them seemed impressed. Maybe it was your manners they weren't impressed with. Think about it.

There's a reason why the bar staff suddenly wanted you to leave.

Keep a thought or two about this sort of thing in your head for future reference please.

I was leaving Jade on Wyandotte and spotted a dog. We tried to follow it and when we would call it he/ she would run away. It seemed scared. It made its way all the way to Janette, and we couldn't catch it. It was wearing a collar, and is a medium sized dog. I am unsure of the breed, but it had spots and looks similar to a Shepard. If anyone know whose dog this is or is able to catch it and help find its home please share! I wasn't able to get a picture. I just hope it finds its way home safely :(

We had an issue with our iPad ans made some calls to have it fixed. I went to smartphone clinic on Tecumseh and mercer today to see if they could help. This was my second time being there (had a phone fixed a year ago) as I had a good experience last time. Well, happy to say that I once again am pleasantly pleased with the work and professionalism at this store. My iPad was fixed while I waited. I was impressed with his honesty and information that was provided about my issue. It's hard to find good people in the customer service industry that are not trying to rip you off. I believe that word of mouth is important and the best thank you to a business, and I'm giving mine.

As my friend and I walked out to our car after our game Friday night at WFCU (which was the same night as the Jerry Seinfeld show), our car was stuck in the snow. We drove over the curb into the snow to get a spot, so it was completely our fault. What made matters worse was that we couldn't get out of the snow. There was a woman that worked for parking enforcement for the city of windsor that came by and asked if she gave us a ticket (which she did). She said the least she could do was help us out of the snow. She called over another coworker and they both helped us get out of the snow. Thank you so much! I wouldn't be able to push it on my own

Today while shopping at a local hardware store I stumbled upon someone with very little common sense. This person decided to park smack dab in the middle of the parking lot to do some shopping because he had a trailer attached to his vehicle rather then finding a accomidating parking spot at a further distance. I often wonder where some people get their thinking from??

I wanted to express a thank you to spotted for bringing us positive, heart warming, mood lifting stories. I look forward to hearing about all the good around us in a day and age where we are bombarded with the negative.
