I spotted some exceptional employees at Regal Nails. I wanted to say thank you to each and every employee at Regal Nails in Tecumseh for their exceptional and unbelievable service. I have been going there for years and always look forward to seeing the staff there and how much they make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I want you all to know you have made a huge difference in my life and I will always appreciate your time and your lending ear and most of all your kindness. Others need to know that there is still amazing people out there and they can find them, here!!! (Lee thank you for being you)

I work on Dougall right next to a bus stop and we frequently get people waiting for the bus coming into the store to warm up, in particular, a women in a wheel chair who's come in a few times waiting for a bus- usually because she has to wait over 40 minutes for a handicap accessible bus to arrive- but yesterday was another story, she had just missed her bus and another handicap accessible bus wasn't scheduled so she had to call a cab! Unfortunately Vets cabs do not have any wheel chair accessible cabs so she had to call Checker Cabs, and the service she received was absolutely disgusting! She sat in my store and waited over 2 HOURS for a cab!
We called multiple times to get an estimated time of arrival and were rudely informed the cab would arrive in 20 minutes each time! The fourth time I called I got so much attitude from the women on the phone that I asked to speak to a manager- who was also disgustingly rude!! He then informed me he can't give me an estimated time because they are busy! I told him his people have told me 20 minutes 3 times in the last 2 hours, he then responded that they are busy! I understand your busy.. But if youre that busy you shouldn't be lying about an estimated time or arrival.
This poor women waited over 2 hours just to get home.. And this was and usually is her only option!
So to checker cabs- the manager and employees who answer the phone- you are insanely rude and inconsiderate, I don't know how you run a business the way you do! To the women waiting for the cab- your patience is amazing, as you just sat there doing your crossword puzzle!

To all the people who think a 1-3% tip is good, your wrong. Servers work hard to tend to tables and you don't help things when you give horrible tips. To the native family and the group if girls who laughed about not tipping their server at Red Robin tonight, you have been spotted. Jamie, you were an amazing server and not once did you show what we can only assume is frustration with this douche bags! Jamie you have been spotted for being great!

To the disrespectful person in the white car who cut us off when in the prescription line on our way to lay my best friends father to rest. Hope you feel good about your self for what you did. That was so disrespectful in so many ways. You could not wait a hole 5 min to let us go past to lay our loved one to rest. Your lucky I was in a car and not in your face. There would have not been no filter on my mouth. sincerely one upset family member.

Today while I was at Work (McDonald's) in the Drive Thru, a customer (1st Car) paid for her order and then asked what the next car order was and paid for them. The 2nd car was so grateful that she asked what the next car (3rd car) order was How much was it and paid for it. I was so grateful and wonderful to see God at work to bring joy on 2 customers to save a little money.

To the Lady in the 1st Car who did the first good deed, Thank you for being so Kind and generous, God will reward you.

I lost my light brown leather wallet downtown today around noon. It has all of my sons and my information inside and I need it.
