Today at superstore on dougal a cashier was checking us out while checking my family out this cashier continued to cough all over my food. Then decided to cough and spit Into a Kleenex then proceeded to check us out . Failing to use hand sanitizer or saying excuse me to go wash your hands. If you too sick to work don't ! If you can't miss work at least be put on a job where your not handling food or dealing with customers. It wasn't till I went to a manger to complain that anyone did anythig about it .

Jenny and Blair from Met hospital emergency room on Friday night, you have been spotted. Your amazing compassion and willingness to go way above and beyond your job description was noticed! You are both loving, caring soles who helped that man through a very difficult time. His appearance and behaviour had many of us trying to avoid him. You took the time to meet his needs as no one else would. I felt ashamed for my own lack of compassion for him! Thank you for reminding me the proper way to treat a fellow human being!

On Huron church to Wyandotte west me and company witnessed a car swerving in and out of traffic , driving in the wrong lane, passing vehicles when he wasn't supposed too and doing an illegal U-turn on wyandotte street . Shame on you and the people you out in danger. Younger man, dark brown hair, driving a small car, yellow ; company name StudentCarShare. ( possibly a rental , I'm not familiar with student car share and if its that obvious.) Anyway, terrible , reckless driving, didn't get a plate #. Accidents can be prevented.

Lost a set of keys. Key fob and two keys only on the ring. Also, two Essex County library tags and a Sobeys tag.

At the Vollmer Recreation Centre in Lasalle on this wonderful cold morning walking our dogs, we saw this kind old gentleman who had a bag and a cane on the other hand and was picking up all the winter accumulated dogs pooh. I just had to share and hoping that he gets this "thank you" from my husband Mark and I. It was really kind of him to have offered his service for those who had not taken their responsibility seriously as a dog owner. Thank you . They even supply us with bags. No reason not too.

My family and I were eating at the McDonald inside Walmart, on Dougall. And an older women had her food stolen off her plate while she was getting her drink, no one saw what happened. But kudos to the 2 young gentlemen working that replaced her food within minutes of this happening.

kudos to the lady ahead of me in line at Superstore on Dougall , that spent $200 and was given a free ham ....she offered it to me but it was huge so she passed it down the line to a man that said he could use it. That was very kind of you!

Okay, so this happened.

I'm driving home after the gym, and I see a pig (yes, a pig!) running down the street on Giles East. I pull over in my car, and am running down the street after her in my shorts, because I didn't want her to get hit. People are stopping and laughing and taking pictures. Of the pig, not me, I think. I coax her over, and a guy stops to help and calls the humane society.

She let me pet her and gave my leg kisses. She may have also received some pieces of Taloola Cafe's chocolate garbanzo cake while we were waiting, (we also had a nice chat) and in order to get a leash around her when the humane society picked her up. She also tried to drink my coffee.
