Thank you to everyone who shared our post about our son's lost glasses. Our family was blown away by the response we received from the community. Unfortunately, his glasses haven't been found yet. However, thanks to our generous optometrist Dr. Pazur, our son will be getting a brand new pair free of charge! Thank you so much Dr. Pazur and your amazing staff who go above and beyond for their clients! We would also like to thank Dr. Bellemore for her generous offer to replace his glasses. We were touched by the kindness extended to our family by both these doctors. Our family is proud to be a part of this wonderful community!

To the young couple at the downtown Food Basics (with baby) in car, Just wanted to let you know I take pride in my city. So people like yourselves should not by throwing out your empty water bottles, which I said to you" I got this for you" and I walked over not more then 5 feet away from where you threw it out of your car window your welcome because your young child will hopefully thank someone that helps clean the environment they have to grow up in. You are a bad example for that young child. Happened around 4:30 p.m.

I would just like to encourage people to put their phones down ESPECIALLY IN SCHOOL ZONES!!! As a bus driver I am responsible for 200+ students a day. I cannot believe the amount of people who blow thru school bus STOP signs because they are on their phone!! Or not to mention almost causing accidents because they are not paying attention because they are on their phones. Please for the love of god we are carrying precious cargo and I would hate to see anything happen to one of them because you think a text or phone call is more important!!! Or you cant leave five minutes early for work!!! please put the phones down amd wait until you get to your destination!!! Thank you

My niece found a (probably brand new) iPod 5 black with the blue backing and black case along the Ganatchio trail. This was likely at the end of April cannot recall specific date. There is a pass code so if you claim that it is yours or your child's, we expect you to know the code your in order to get it back.

On Mon. June 1 , I went to a lot of places. Somewhere along the way, I lost my yellow pill case. It must have fell from my purse. I had just refilled it so it had all my medication and pain killers in it. I went to the Thrift store on Walker Rd, Value Village on Walker Rd, Princess Auto on Lauzon Pkwy, Canadian Tire on Tec. East, and Rose City Ford. If anyone finds it, please PM me on here or email mpodger@live.ca . I hope it is found since I can't refill my presc. for a while yet. Please share this message. Thank you.
