To the teller at TD bank on Dougall this morning

Thank you SO much for helping me out with my slightly complicated situation. You were kind, compassionate and did whatever you could to help me make the best decision. I was having a really bad week, lots of tears and grief and you helped make my day brighter. Thank you again xo

Driver on Tecumseh at 7-8pm on 06/18

I witnessed today while leaving the Red Lobster on Tecumseh after a wonderful birthday, a very angry lady driving a dark red car stop her car in the middle of the road, and her out of her car in a rage to the silver car in front of her. That silver car HAD to stop due to the traffic from contruction, and could not move up to stop in the middle of an intersection. You looked like a scary demon yelling at innocent 18 year old drivers while you are clearly a grown woman well into your fourties. You were clearly in the wrong and so ignorant to the situation. Think again

Met Hospital Staff

I just needed to acknowledge the incredible staff at Windsor Regional Met Campus. My husband and I delivered our baby boy on Friday evening. From the moment we got to the hospital to our discharge 3 days later, we were met with nothing but kindness and people who truly loved their profession. Unfortunately, our son had to be admitted to the NICU for a couple days and coincidentally it was also our eldest's birthday during the time we were there. I'm sure the nurses could tell it was killing me to be away from my daughter on her special day, as well as dealing with the anxiety of a new baby in the NICU. The doctors and labour and delivery nurses allowed me to stay in my room after I had been discharged so that I could be near my son, as all the parent respite rooms were taken. They turned my bed down every night, organized my room so that I could pump and bring any milk to the nicu fridge as soon as possible, already labeled with my name. One nurse even brought me a book from her home to read because the gift shop was closed. And of course, there were the incredible NICU doctors and staff--I just can't say enough. From taking care of our son with the utmost compassion, to assisting in breastfeeding teaching, to pulling up a chair to share stories about their own children and families -- these professionals were awesome! As a city, we are so lucky to have such educated and caring people working in a community resource like Windsor Regional. As a mom, I will be forever grateful!

Wanted to commend the nurses at the Life Lab clinic on Hawthorne! I am terrible with giving blood and have had largely bad experiences with it (fainting, dizziness, vomiting). But the nurses there were so kind, made me laugh and even gave me a bag of candy and water after. Completely awesome experience! I could tell they really enjoyed working together doing what they do. The atmosphere was so cheery!

A generous businessman?!

We had a safety fence installed around our pool last year, and then called to ask for some modifications this year, which we expected to be around $500. When we asked what we owed, Steve waved and said, "Have a good night!"
Excellent service. Generous, sincere man. If you need any sort of safety fence, call this guy. Can't say enough good things about him.
He services Windsor-Essex, London, Sarnia. Steve McPhedran
