To the gentleman working (managing?) the Metro on Wyandotte East. Today isn't the first time you've went out of your way to make my shopping experience easier while I shop with my young children. In the past you've done things like offer my toddler a cookie and run out to the parking lot to grab the car shopping cart. You always have a kind word and seem to genuinely enjoy making your customers happy.

I was at your store again today with my 2 young kids, and I was struggling more than usual because I injured my back. By the end the kids were cranky and you responded by following me out and loading my groceries in my car for me. Your kindness made my day.

I found a Sephora bag on the 1A bus today. It contains a receipt with a very expensive purchase. If someone would please send me a screenshot of their bank statement showing that they were at Sephora today, and can identify the product that they bought… That will help me return it to its rightful owner! I want to say a big thank you to the man who stopped to help us on the expressway this morning at about 8:00 AM! My son had thrown up in the car and we stopped on the side of the expressway and my son was continuing to throw up and this very kind gentleman pulled up behind us to ask if we were OK. My son was still throwing up and this man give us his whole box of Kleenex and asked if he could provide any other assistance. I truly truly appreciate you stopping by to help us as I had run out of Kleenex and napkins. It is very comforting to know that people still care about each other in our city of Windsor. Thank you very much kind sir!

Today I took my 8 year old sister to Tim Hortons, and it being a nice day we decided to walk there. About half way through our journey it began to rain pretty hard (and I mean POUR.) My sister's hand in mine, we started to run as we were still quite a bit away from our destination. We were completely soaked and it wasn't but a few seconds later a cab pulled up next to us. He opened up his window and said "Where are you guys headed?" I informed him that I didn't have a lot of money on me (I just planned to use my debit card when we got to Timmies) to which he replied "That's okay, get in and I'll take you where you need to go."
I wish I could have gotten his name but thank you whoever you are for the free cab ride! It was only a few minutes but my sister and I are extremely grateful. Thank you for going out of your way to help us out. Your kindness was greatly appreciated!!

To the elderly man who was staring at me in Windsor Regional Hospital in the Ambulatory Care Unit - I am sorry that my hair distracted you so much that you tripped over another lady's foot while walking towards your wife, in my direction. I am glad that you weren't hurt & again sorry for the brightness!

So there have been many reports (to Metro staff) about purses being stolen from peoples shopping carts at Metro (formerly A& P) on Tecumseh Road East and Central (Central Mall). I want to stop this from continuing, and the police don't seem to be doing anything.

To the goofy looking balding cyclist who thinks it's a good idea to lane split and move to the front of the line at red lights. The share the road idea applies both ways, drivers and cyclists. If I have to give you a meter while passing, don't pass me and take the lead spot at a red light, without giving me a meter as well. If you came to the light in the third position, that's where you stop! Rules of the road apply to you, you're not special. Please stop trying to get a ghost bike of your own.
