I just received a call from someone claiming to be Revenue Canada Tax audit dept. They had WAY more information about me than I was comfortable with. They claimed that there was criminal charges pending against me for tax fraud and evasion and they needed my lawyers name and number. When I asked them to verify they were from Revenue Canada they promptly hung up. Yeah RIGHT Revenue Canada my a#$!!!
I called the Windsor Police Service and they said it is a scam going on and the big 3 Telecommunications companies are working on tracking them down...DO NOT give any information to these people and if they do get you on the phone tell them to verify who they are and that should be the end of the call.

Be careful and I hope they don't manage to scam anyone. STAY SAFE.

Yesterday we had to put our 10 year old Golden down. It is heartbreaking to make the decision that is best for our fur baby. But the bill to do it...was outrages!!

Why can there not be a compassion fund for this situation?? Everytime a purchase or payment is made at a vet's office, why can't $.50 or $1.00 go towads a fund for our fur babies that have to be put down. Why does that moment have to come down to making a profit still. Why can't some of the stress be taken off the owners. Our bill was $224 for sedation and 2 injections, second one seemed unnecessary, measure out enough for the first one....Just a thought for any vets or vet technicians....we pay enough to keep our pets healthy....give the parents of the fur babies a break!!

My friend and I were heading into Amherstburg last night when we came upon these bikers. We had to follow them for a few Km's since they decided to ride 2 to 3 across and when we could pass, we couldn't because they were riding on or over the middle line.
I believe there is a new law that states to legally pass a bike you must be at a greater distance, how can we when they decided to ride the line (again sometimes over the line)

Not sure how you passed a drivers exam but apparently the section on pedestrian cross walks must have escaped your attention!

To the clueless girl driving the older Honda and the douche bag alongside her who had the audacity to hang his head and part of his body out the passenger side window in front of Sears to yell obscenities at me...when you are approaching those large yellow lines on the pavement it is YOUR responsibility to yield to pedestrian traffic not the other way around!

But hey, based on buddies mouth you may just have to hit someone before you finally learn that life lesson! For your own sake hopefully you don't mame or kill someone first.

Learn the rules of the road

Here's to an awesome coach who cut the grass in the park across the street to make a nice playing field for the kids. I saw you out there today with a baby in the stroller and a little one running around while you cut the grass. Your an awesome coach and your teaching your children well.

This morning I was going through the drive thru at Timmy's and the lady at the window said that my order was paid for from the driver in front of me. The car in front of her paid for her order and she paid for mine, well there was no one behind me to keep it going. So I want to thank these two people for such a act of kindness. Thank you so much!!!!

My 9 year old accidentally lost his blue iPod touch. It is in a green case. He is beside himself. We are offering an award if found. Lost in College/ Elm area. Thank you.
