While leaving the hospital at aprox 4:15am my boy friend and I spotted two ChiHuahuas running aimlessly through tehcumseh and walker road.we last seen them heading towards the back of motor city ( on the corner of tehcumseh& walker) but by the time the light changed they were gone. We circled and looked around for them but couldnt find them :( i really hope they make it home. Or someone finds them soon!!

Thanks to Jake, Angela, and Sandy for being truly awesome witnesses and leaving me plenty of information about the irresponsible driver who hit my car in the Devonshire mall parking lot today. Not only do I appeciate you getting involved, but I also appreciate you giving that awful driver an earful while security tracked me down inside the mall.

And to the driver in the VW who hit my car, maybe you should be a bit more respectful and responsible and own up to your actions instead of driving off. The least you could do was leave me a note with your information. You might not care if there's a dent in your car, but I definitely care if there's one in mine. Luckily, there were three truly amazing people who witnessed your poor driving and asked you to stop. You drove off, so they were kind enough to leave me all of the information I need to file a report. I'm looking forward to reconciling this issue in the near future.

Husband and I went to a garage sale on Cleophas Dr off of old Tecumseh Rd on Saturday. We bought the kids hockey net and sticks.
I was looking at some artwork in your garage. A taller one of a woman's black evening dress and the matching one was of a purse and lipstick. I told a friend of mine about them and she's been looking for something like that.
I would feel rediculously weird knocking on your door to ask LOL.
If someone bought them, or if you are the owner and they are still available... Please comment!!!

Took my kids to Boston pizza on walker. My oldest sons girlfriend works there and her and the waitress both apologized for the wait because they were understaffed and just received a call saying 60 people were coming in. There was many dressed in baseball uniforms so assume a baseball tourney in the area. This wasn't one bill do gratuity not added to it, each table had separate bill. Not one person tipped out of those 60 people and to top it off, 2 tables pulled a dine and dash! Inconsiderate, rude people need to realize that their little "fun" game has the staff worried they are going to be in trouble over this! Shame on you. As a side note, thank you to the wait staff for doing the best they could being short handed, very nice and pleasant and apologetic for the wait.

So I was at Devonshire today with my wife and two 3 year old daughters, one of which is autistic. She had a meltdown in the mall, as she sometimes does due to sensory overload or really anything else that upsets her greatly.

So as we're trying to leave with our child a woman (who has a child of her own RIGHT THERE) has a nerve to tell my wife "Can't you control your kid?". My wife rightly told her were to go. An employee at Sears (which is where this occurred) tried to diffuse the situation but managed to give my wife a dirty look at the same time as if the whole situation is her fault.

Anyone who's had children should know sometimes they are bratty. It's not always in your control no matter how good a parent you are. If you think "well I didn't know she is autistic" is an excuse for ignorant comments, it's not. Try a little empathy. A woman carrying a screaming kid out to the car is already at her wits end without an ignorant blowhard chiming in on her parenting skills!

I wanted to thank everyone that helped my family when we needed to raise funds for my son! Because of all the wonderful people that donated Baby Jackson now has his helmet and has begun his journey to 're-shape his head. A special thank you to Derek Kozar, he is great at his job and explained so much to me. We now understand that Jackson has a significantly unproportioned head, he scored a 4 out of 5 for the severity of his condition (5 being the worst). He explained that Jackson's condtion affects his whole head, the position/ size of his ears, nasal cavaties, eye sockets, etc. Some insurance companies have come on board and realized these helmets are medically necessary to prevent future problems. I hope this continues and more companies cover the cost. Thank you so much for helping us help our son! We feel so blessed by the response of our community!

I was wondering if someone can help me out ....my parents were at Walmart east end yesterday sometime in the afternoon and someone keyed their escape all down one side of their car .i will myself give you or anyone who has details on who did this to their vehicle a reward . does Anyone have any suggestions on what to do about this .?
