Hello my name is Heather. I am a waitress at Smoke n Spice. On Thursday I waited on Thursday I waited on this wonderful couple. That had told me that they blew a tire on the way. The guy had changed it but now right after lunch they were going to get it repaired somewhere close to the restaurant. They gave me a gift card and they weren't sure how much was on it. I scanned it. And I COULD HAVE SWORN it said $50. They paid the difference on debit and left. However when I closed out the bill something went wrong...I discovered it was because the gift card initially had $100 on it!!! I left work and went to every car place up and down tecumseh asking about them so I can return there card and let them know there is still money on it but I had no luck. Please if anyone might know this couple can u contact me. I feel terrible I made a mistake and really want to get their gift card back to them. Thanks

To the lady at Walmat in Amherstburg on Thursday afternoon around 1pm. As I was waiting for a sales associate to help me, I stood and watched you talk to the customer service and ask if you could discreetly pay for a little old lady's groceries. While you didn't want anyone to know of your kind gesture I had the pleasure to watch such a wonderful act of kindness and I imagine you made that lady's day!!! You Have been spotted for being so kind and showing that random acts of kindness really do happen!!

If you have been to the Distillery Distrct in Toronto, you have to see what Walkerville Brewery and C.U.P.E. local 82 have done to Argyle road in Old Walkervile. Walkerville Block Party has transformed this area into the venue of the year. Fifteen bands over two days, multiple local craft beers, wines, Hiram Walkers liquors, six different food vendors, artists, outdoor movie theater and lighting ambiance not seen in this city before. And to top it off, ALL net proceeds go to the United Way, Emergency Assistance Fund. All proceeds stay in the local area. Don't believe me! Drive by, take a look. The energy is infectious!

To the gentleman who helped me unload my cart at Costco so I could take care of my crying 2 month old, thank you. You truly made my day. It's nice to know that there are still kind, thoughtful people out there. Thank you again, I'll be sure to pay it forward.

My 80 year old grandfather was phone scammed by a man first calling him grandpa then continued on with his story of getting into an accident then being arrested. Seeing that my grandfather has so many grandchildren he didn't question it and went down to the Windsor courthouse to give a " lawyer" bail for 1000.00. My grandfather was a victim of this horrible act and I want everyone to pass this on so this does not continue. $1000.00 is a lot of money for anyone to loose especially at 80 years of age with not much money coming in .
