My son Joshua told me this amazing story about him at boat House at Tecumseh Mall! My son just got his taxes back and was at Boat House buying a few outfits with his money while in line he sparked up a conversation with a lady in front of him while she was cashing out, she finished purchasing her clothes and my son said she just stood and watched them ring his purchases up, she then looked at the cashier and said to my son she would pay for his stuff.....it was over $200!!! My son was shocked and in disbelief!, he asked her if it was a joke, she replied no!...... He told her that nobody has ever done that for him and said I do not know what to say but, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.... as she walked away he asked if it was okay for him to hug her,..........she hugged him!...... You angel of Boat House do not understand by just purchasing this for my son has made him realize that there is still good in this world,.....when u had no idea he has been in a dark place for awhile. THANKS FROM A MOM TO A MOM, MY SON NEEDED THIS EYE OPENER!!! God Bless You!
I was at LaSalle fitness on Saturday, on the woman's side change room about to go in the pool. Without going into too much detail, due to confidentiality and respect for others, I would like to thank the lady who quickly gave me a small bottle of Head and Shoulders Shampoo.
If the person happens to see this, they will quickly realize it was them and know exactly what I am talking about... I was not able to get a look at who you were and I also didn't get the opportunity to say thank you. I really appreciate your quick response to the situation and I wanted to let you know it made a huge difference.
The spot where me and my lovely little dog were attacked on Thursday, Maggie where she was killed, is slowly growing with nice little tributes. Thank you so much. 🐾 Maggie and Me
My son lost his white IPhone 4 today between 4 pm and 5:30 pm at the forest glade park. Right next to the forest glade community centre. If somebody found it can you please return it the forest glade community centre front desk. Thank you
Just wanted to send out a big thank you to the woman who rented a car (believe it was a silver Ford Focus) from Enterprise on Tecumseh Road E after us - I had accidentally left my prescription driving glasses in the glove box and she decided that rather than return them, she would keep them.
Enterprise phoned her and she said she had them, then kept the car for over a month without even bothering to stop by and return them to the building. When she returned the car, they were gone and she said she didn't see them. Hope you see this and hope you feel good about yourself for blatantly stealing something I need.
This might sound funny but it's not meant to be...apologies and thanks to the woman who was chill and cool about me accidentally vomiting on her garage last night in Walkerville. I drank a bit too much and had to stop when we were going down the alley, leaned on the side of your garage and all hell broke loose. You had peeked around the corner and gave the cutest look I've ever seen and I felt like a complete fool. Just wanted to thank you for not making a scene as I'm sure most would have. You were right, I did have a rough morning and should've "paced" myself. I don't drink often. I'd come back and apologize in person but that might be pushing my luck so spotted was my safer option.
On (2/ 20/ 2016) at around 1:15 pm, I seen a man on a Harley motorcycle wearing a Harley jacket swerving back and forth through lanes to go around cars on Tecumseh and Walker. This is the type of person that gives bikers a bad reputation. It is selfish behaviour that affects everyone.
An older gentleman was trying to step up to the sidewalk at the WFCU. A teenager, Riverside Hockey player, went up and offered his arm to the senior. I was so impressed, I parked my car and shook the young man's hand.
