Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
I just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to the wonderful lady who stopped to help me downtown on University Ave around 6:30 pm on Thursday when I fell. I honestly think I would have continued to sit on the sidewalk in shock if it weren't for you running across the street to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much for offering to call me an ambulance, and thank you even more for walking me back to work when I insisted on returning to work haha. Unfortunately I was right with my initial guess of my wrist being broken. It really means a lot that you took the time to show so much kindness and compassion to a complete stranger, I was sad to hear I missed you when you went into Starbucks to check on me the next day! I'm really hoping that I can somehow find you through this so I can thank you properly. If you're in the area again, please come to Starbucks so I can thank you in person! I'll be the barista with the cast haha.
I got married on July 2 2016 at the fogular ! Some point in the night I took them off to put on my flats but come to notice later on in the night that they were gone. We contacted the hall, limo & even the decorater but know one has seen them. My heels meant a lot to mean i had them custom made even the color. They are soft pink open toe with tulle on the toes & the big bling diamond. There are also a size 5. All I want is my heels back & that's it. I hope they show up soon! If anyone has seen them or think they have please let me know
Thank you
To the VERY generous lady on the east bound crosstown 2 around 2pm July 18. You insisted I took that $20. I bought my youngest his very own pikachu, and we wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! That was way to kind and you would NOT let me decline! You have made a 2 year old extremely happy! You're a very kind and beautiful woman!
This weekend I spent my day volunteering at the Special Olympics baseball tournament and witnessed somethings worth sharing. While the teams were having lunch a local band was entertaining everyone with their fun upbeat music. They started encouraging the children to join them and be a part of the band. The smiles and excitement coming from the faces of these young athletes was truly amazing. After the show they allowed a few players to play the drums, as everyone stood around watching and clapping it reminded me of how a simple kind act can bring such joy to everyone around. It took only a few moments to warm the hearts of everyone around. Thank you for reminding me what it means to let others feel included and what a little encouragement can do for a child or teen!! HOPICE WELLNESS BAND you have been spotted!!!
Here is the Windsor Police Pipe Band marching through the crowd at the Cambridge Scottish Festival.

I wanted to spot a Windsor Police Pipe Band member and all of the Windsor Police Pipe Band team for their awesome work and dedication at the Cambridge Scottish Festival. Great work to them! :). You have been spotted.
I also want to thank this person for taking a picture with me and for the kindness of 3 band members who took the time to speak with me. Also, thank you to the one lady who said, "thank you" to me when I wished the group the very best. You have all been spotted.

Lost my cat James Brown. He has been missing now for 48 hours. He is orange with white underneath and white feet.
Very very loving and friendly.

Possible someone took him thinking he was a stray and he's so sweet.
My daughter and dog are missing him terribly. We all are.
Please let us know if you've seen him.
Offering a reward.
A customer found a Motorola Moto G cell phone on the side of the road (likely EC Row expressway) and brought it in to our store. The phone is locked to Koodo with a password. If you have lost this phone, you can come to the Bell Store on 23 Amy Croft Drive (beside All State Insurance and b2 Hair Salon).
