Very disappointed in the Leamington medical supply

I have purchased a shower bench for my son who has a broken back
When I got it home it didn't fit in our shower
Never used or seen water on it
When I came back to your store to exchange I was told no!!! For hygiene reasons it still had all the stickers and tags intact.
I am very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of help from this facility
It's not about the $135 that was thrown away it's about you helping us in a time of need
We were in the day early looking for a drive shaft for a Invacare Hospitial bed you had two beds on display but yet you would not take one off the demo unit to help me out further more we were told it was going to be 2 weeks to get the part and was $59
I called invacare in Mississauga they had them in stock!!! To my surprise I stopped at IDA in kingsville who when I explained the situation call invacare and asked if the could give us the part of the demo and order the replacement for their bed on display and the said no problem!
For $30 I got the part and my son could come home for Christmas from the Hospitial

I am very disappointed in your facility and sharing this story with as many of our family and friends as possible

I would like to say thank you to the amzing ladies that my son and i had the joy of meeting in the windsor met emerge the day before chirstmas, one of the lovely ladies gave my son her ipad and set him up with a movie on it to easy his pain, the other lady got coffee and things ppl needed, they both helped me and were extreamly concerned when I had a reaction to the cleaning cart smell, and just made our not so good night an enjoyable one. You ladies have been spotted thank you from the lil guy and mom in emerge :)

I can't say thank you enough to the lady and gentleman in the black pick-up truck for paying for my order. It wasn't just the normal coffee and so I think you went far beyond a kind gesture. Sat 9:30 AM. A wonderful lady bought me and my son our coffee at the Tims drive thru at Crawford and Wyandotte. Thank you very much. We are wishing you and your family a happy and joyful Christmas. This just made me day.

I would love to say Thank you very very much to the wonderful woman and her two daughters in the white suv type car who jumped out of their car ( at louis and wyandotte around 5 ish Dec 23) and handed me and my children 3 $10 tim hortons cards ... you have no idea what your generosity did and what it meant at that exact moment.

WE had just left the street help centre because we had donated to them . I was explaining to my children how fortunate we are and how blessed we are. How so many people go without the bare essentials and how people get caught up in the materialistic aspect of Christmas and forget its about love and helping others . I was explaining to my children how Giving is the reason for the season and that God sees everything and what you give will always come back to you in one way or another.....then out you popped with your children and delivered the exact karma I was explaining to them.

I am a firm believer that God puts people in each others paths and everyone's lives intertwine one way or another. Thank you for the goodness you are doing and teaching your children the true spirit of Christmas, thank you for helping me teach my children the laws of Karma and thank you for giving to our community in a time when it is needed.

Tonight at Devonshire mall (approximately between 6-7pm) I found a small bag with a gift card inside it on the floor in the middle of the hallway. I turned it in to the guest services booth near the Sworvski store. Hopefully it finds its way back to whoever purchased it...Merry Christmas!

My 2 year old has a friend name Leslie at Tim Horton on Ottawa and Kildare he got her a little Christmas gift and she went and got my 3 boys a gift my son's have never been so thankful thank you again for making my 2 year old feel special and happy when he sees you he always says my friend working mom thank you again Leslie and Merry Christmas for our family to yours.
