Last year my mom needed a dress to wear to my wedding but it was difficult for her to go shopping. She had leukaemia and tired quite easily. I stopped into His and Her Bridal on Ottawa Street and explained the situation. I told them the type of dress my mother was looking for - size, colour, fabric, style - and asked if they could have a few ready for her to try on when we arrived the next morning. They were amazing - the next morning when we arrive they had at least a dozen dresses ready for her, any one of which would have been perfect. They were all in colours she loved, all chiffon, and all in her size. Within ten minutes she had found the perfect dress and accessories, and she had enough energy to stay a few minutes and look at wedding dresses just for fun!
