This is to recognize a wonderful and kind soul named Angela. Angela works at the post office at Shoppers Drug Mart (Banwell location). I have had the pleasure of interacting with Angela intermittently in the past, more recently a few weeks ago, and she is always so incredibly sweet, caring and helpful. No matter how busy it is, Angela always maintains her composure and she demonstrates excellent customer service skills. She is always very patient and her compassion for others is evident with how she assists customers. Angela, you are such a valuable and great asset to Shoppers Drug Mart. I hope that Shoppers Drug Mart will highly commend you for your amazing customer service skills.
