Spotted : To whomever is responsible for the bus stop cleanup: thank you for doing a remarkable job clearing the actual stop, but not the only sidewalk that leads to it on Essex way and Lauzon Pkwy. Thanks to you, my disabled mothers electric wheelchair got stuck trying to get to the grocery store, and I had to pull/ push the 350lb machine free, pulling out my back and shoulder which were both already in compromised conditions, and stand on the road full of rushing cars in order for the bus to pick us up. Please remember that the bus stop itself ALSO needs to be accessible for disabled peoples to get to where they need to go. Just because it snows doesn't mean they dont have to eat!
