On Black Friday at the ALDO at Devonshire Mall, I bought 2 pairs of boots. One for my Mom and I ordered a pair for myself to come in the mail. Unfortunately, I had to return my moms the very next day, so I went to Windsor Crossings which was closer to my house to see if they could refund my money for me. While I was there, I realized my receipt for my ordered Boots was totally off. The sales associate at Devonshire Mall accidentally put the wrong address for my ordered boots to be delivered to. The manager Abe, at Windsor Crossings went above and beyond and called around to see what he could do for me. He even took down my number and called me later in the day to tell me everything was fixed. I just wanted to give you a big thank-you for your efforts because I know you were very busy being it's around Christmas time and people that work in retail definitely don't get enough credit.
