On Tuesday, June 30, at approx 3:45 pm, I was involved in a terrible accident (head on collision) on hwy 3 heading west to Windsor. There were 5 cars involved and many witnesses. I was the driver in the silver dodge caravan. Wanted to thank the many wonderful people who raced over to my van to see if they could help. There were the two young women driving the Honda, who were also struck, the nurses, the firefighter from Kingsville who kept me company until help came, the responding firefighters from Essex and Kingsville, EMS responders and OPP Officer Kyle Bildfeld.
