Thank you to Stephan from Aquabrass technical services. I had a faulty chef's faucet that was purchased over 5 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Not only did Stephan decide to replace the entire old faucet with a new one (not just the faulty part), he delivered the new one from Toronto, on Canada Day! I appreciate the great customer service!
