Hi everyone! A new organization called Actively Engaging Female Leaders partnered with a Windsor organization known as LAWS (Leadership Advancement for Women in Sport) will be hosting 7 female only physical activity events this summer that range from boxing, soccer, zumba and yoga! Our goal is to increase opportunity and participation for women and girls to engage in physical activity and learn about physical literacy! Our events are as follows;

Thursday July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
Boxing
Border City Boxing Club
6:30-8:30

Saturday July 18th
Soccer Day
St. Joes
2:00-3:30

Wednesday August 5th
ZUMBA
St. Dennis Centre
6:30-8:30

Friday August 7th
Outdoor Yoga
Willistead Park
6:30-8:30

Cost of each event will be a $5 donation! If you bring two children with you than we will give you a special offer! These sessions are directed towards elementary school aged girls for physical literacy testing purposes but are welcomed and encouraged to all ages of females!!
