Yesterday the WindsorEssex Community Foundation launched its 2015 Vital Signs® Survey.
The purpose of the Vital Signs® Survey is to collect data of Windsor-Essex residents' views of local issues affecting their community. The results from this survey are combined with local and national data to provide residents with an all-encompassing “community check-up” on important issue areas affecting their community. The results from this survey will be used to construct the Vital Signs® Report, which will be released on October 6, 2015. The Vital Signs® Report is the voice of the Windsor-Essex Community.

For completing the 2015 Vital Signs® Survey, you will have a chance to win a cash prize of 100 dollars. In order to be entered for a chance to win, you must complete the survey.
