My parents are visiting us for the holidays and my father was having trouble with his oxygen machine,we didn't know too much about it. We called the 800 number and they sent this gentleman from pro resp.what a nice man called Antonio ,If you have elderly parents you will know how upsetting things get for them!! Antonio was very comforting too them, got my father what he needed, very patient with them,called too make sure they were ok and came over twice too help them..The gentleman was very nice too make house calls over the holidays.
