Today, Saturday, December 13th, around noon, my family and I were driving down Ouellette. We saw a man, sitting with his black dog on the sidewalk, leaning against a building. The man was holding a sign, I was too far away to read what it said, but I'm guessing he was in need of something. Two ladies walked across the street and handed the man a white bag, the ladies and the man exchanged a few quick words before the ladies continued walking. The man and his dog, both seemed very happy with this gift. The man gave something to his dog, then he pulled out a banana and ate it himself. You ladies brought both myself and my husband to tears with this act of compassion and generosity. We saw today by your example, the true meaning of Christmas!
