Hello everybody, In September I started taking a "Social Service Worker-Gerontology course at St. Clair College. As part of my program, the students participate in a "Santa For Seniors" (where the students raise funds to purchase presents for seniors in long term care etc. and put together gifts to deliver to them on Christmas,) We are having many fundraisers from now till the second week in December. I am looking for any sort of items to be donated to this very important cause for an upcoming raffle, items to go as a gift for a senior in a low-income facility, items we may take for granted. We, the students will raise funds, purchase, wrap and hand deliver the gifts ourselves, so even wrapping items would be greatly appreciated. Please remember our seniors this Christmas, some don't have so much as even a visitor on such holidays, or any day for that matter.
