Spotted, puppies near a dumpster
Windsor Animal Control picked up this box of abandoned puppies that are approximately 2-3 weeks old last night (Saturday the 19th) from beside a dumpster in the Meadowbrook area. Anyone with any information please call the Windsor Essex County Humane Society. Anonomyous tips are welcome.
