I wish to thank you profoundly for the amazing help you did in securing our seats for Cirque du Soleil. You went out of your way and made sure everything was set up for what we are hoping will be the best surprise birthday possible (& a cross off a bucket list). Stacey, if you're reading this, thank you so much. We are sorry if there was any back and forth confusion and we hope that if your boss reads this, he will know what an awesome worker he has.
