Not sure who to spot in this one, City of Windsor, Transit Windsor, or Timbercreek Property Manager @ Seville Apartments.

I understand that main roads are priority one, but this is unacceptable. This neighborhood is full of seniors and people with disabilities. How exactly would a wheelchair get on a bus, or even go down the sidewalk. A walker, someone with a stroller?
