Look what I found at Tecumseh Mall, Laura Secord. I thought they left Windsor glad to see their back.
As I was driving home in the ice storm tonight I noticed a couple of people stop and get out of their vehicles to help a person in an electric wheelchair trying to drive up a hill on Tecumseh. Although it was cold as hell and pouring rain you still tried to help him up the hill. I hope you read this and know that you are wonderful people.
Today I took my son the EB Games on Walker to spend his gift cards on some games he wanted. The store was pretty busy. I asked one employee a question, and he was rushed and a bit rude.. when I checked out I had the pleasure of dealing with Colin. He was very polite, and took the time to find the game my son really wanted. Thanks Colin for your help and kindness!
December 28, at 3:50 pm. Bus driver on Ford Blvd.
Pulled over in front of my house, put his 4 ways on and stopped traffic to help an elderly woman with a cane cross the street to her house in the ice storm. It was so awesome to see. So kind and I know she appreciated it more than you know. You sir, have been spotted!!! ;)
This is to recognize a wonderful and kind soul named Angela. Angela works at the post office at Shoppers Drug Mart (Banwell location). I have had the pleasure of interacting with Angela intermittently in the past, more recently a few weeks ago, and she is always so incredibly sweet, caring and helpful. No matter how busy it is, Angela always maintains her composure and she demonstrates excellent customer service skills. She is always very patient and her compassion for others is evident with how she assists customers. Angela, you are such a valuable and great asset to Shoppers Drug Mart. I hope that Shoppers Drug Mart will highly commend you for your amazing customer service skills. I also hope that they will strongly consider you for promotional opportunities as I have recommended in my letter to the corporate office. Have an amazing year in 2016!
My friend, Mary Guilbeault's father, I call him Grampy, chose to instead of giving monetary gifts to his children and grandchildren, opted to take all the money and split it in half. He gave half to The Downtown Mission and half to The Salvation Army!
Hats off to Grampy!
FYI he still bought gifts for his Great- Grandchildren!!!
