Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
Thank you to the Windsorite who drove down Lincoln road, near Wyandotte, Sunday evening or early Monday morning. Thank you for swiping the side of my car, scratching it and taking off the mirror. Thank you for not trying to find me or leave a note. Thank you for causing $2000 dollars worth of damages to the car I just bought a month ago.
If you live in the area and witnessed anything please come forward.
Parked at the A& W for lunch with my mom, I come out and see my passenger side scraped/ dented, and you taking off in your silver caravan BVNK615 - the whole parking lot was empty, don't park so close if you need the space. At least an apology would have been nice. Long dark Bob haircut, sunglasses - avoid if you want your car the same as when you left it
I had the unfortunate finding this morning. A black cat was found dead on the sidewalk in the 7400 block of Wyandotte St. It had a belt around it's neck, however for the 5 minutes it took me to get my camera, someone removed the belt....Sicko. The humane society was called to pick up the kitty and scan it for a microchip hoping to find the owner. If you know someone who is missing their cat (unsure if male or female), it appeared to be well taken care of, not a stray. Not to be callous, but this is the #1 reason not to let your cats be outdoor cats. Sickos and cat haters take advantage of cats sweet nature. There is nothing this cat could have done to you that deserved being choked with a belt. I hope karma bites you hard. I do have a pic of this cat, which I can share if needed...
Yesterday afternoon (Oct 1.), the driver of a red F150 Platinum pickup truck tried to cause an accident with my friend and I. His lane was coming to an end; instead of merging, he came up beside us, causing my friend to go into the oncoming lane. He made his way ahead of us, slamming the brakes repeatedly trying to get us to rear-end him. When my friend switched lanes, he also switched and slammed the brakes in front of us again. At one point, he even stopped his truck in the middle of the road and get out, causing other drivers behind us to get out and tell him to move his truck. Finally, he started driving again, still slamming brakes as we went along. The police have been called with his plate #, and hopefully they did something about his road rage. Watch out for this maniac on the road.
For an environmental company, I suggest reminding your staff that throwing garbage out of the window isn't beneficial for our environment! Unconquered sun you have been spotted! Fri October 2 on Lauzon Parkway at 820am.
I'm sure you did not expect that the dog would run off the way it did. You probably panicked & took off without looking back to see what happened to Coco while you were trying to get away. I don't know the reasons why you decided to reach inside the car, unlock the door & unclip Coco from her tether but whatever the reasons are, I want you to know it was a really rotten thing to do. Coco is still missing. She ran down Fraser as fast as her legs could carry her. Whether she was scared of you or her surroundings, no one will ever know but according to witnesses, she seemed to be running for her life. Coco's owner loves her with all of her being and she's spent the last 62 hours searching for her. To anyone who's cared for a pet who was your whole life, you know what I'm talking about. PLEASE be careful when you are out with your loved ones. Keep them close & if you can't bring them inside with you then please, leave them at home because you never know what dangers you might encounter (like other people). To all the haters, Coco was left for a very short time on a beautiful fall day, with a cool breeze & windows down. Unfortunately this is exactly how she was taken from her owners car. We're still looking for Coco. If you can help search for her please comment below.
While I was sitting in my vehicle getting ready to leave I spotted this woman who clearly made a choice not to bring her card back to the corral. Which was literally 10 feet away but, instead chose to leave the cart loose on a windy day and a busy parking lot… Shame on you, you've been spotted.
P.S. I returned the cart for you…
Two weeks ago my daughter & I took our dogs to a beautiful dog park in Windsor. One week later my daughters dog came down with Kennel Cough. This Monday my dog started this horrible cough & was also diagnosed with Kennel Cough. Last night my sons dog started coughing. Our Doctor just told us that their is a huge out break in Essex county. This is a horrible virus for dogs, the coughing turns into a choking, honking sound & is HIGHLY contagious and can last up to 6 weeks! . Please beware when taking your fur babies out & about.
