My family and I were going to run a quick errand when suddenly our van stopped working. As I sat in the vehicle with my two children, my 14 month old screaming at the top of her lungs, an older gentleman asked my husband if he could help. He gave us a boost and made sure we were safe and well before continuing on his day. My husband and I try to be good people and show our daughters that what goes around comes around, but importantly it feels good to help others. To the man with the Eliminator battery booster, you have been spotted and rest assured we will pay your kindness forward and ensure our children do the same. Thank you.

Sunday breakfast at The Leaf is always good but today was the first time Kyla was our waitress. They're all good at Leaf but Kyla was above and beyond in terms of friendliness, customer service, and all around good attitude. Great way to start the day.

To the driver of the plow truck who occasionally clears my driveway and the nasty pile of snow at the end of my driveway caused by other plows, thank you.

A few days ago we had a funeral for my boyfriends grandmother while driving to the church and cemetary following the hurst noticed cars pulling to the side to show their respect some pulled over for the entire line up of cars and some just as the hurst went by. I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful that is and how it makes the day a little easier. Thankyou to all of you who pulled off to the side and others who do as well you have been spotted.

To families first funeral home on Lauzon. It was a year this January since our father was unexpectedly taken from us. We found out he was sick and three days later he passed on. During the whole time while we were thrown under the bus by his family. My two younger sisters, our fiances and I tried to arrange the funeral and make all the decisions and figure out what we were suppose to do. We would not have made it through without the patience and kind kind help from all the amazing people that worked there. They were so kind and understanding and helpful. Then a few weeks before Christmas one of their amazing staff showed up at our door to bring us a memorial ornament in memory of our dad. They went over and beyond in everything and were so much help and really did put our family first. We would have been completely lost and overwhelmed in that horrible situation had it not been for their help and doing so much to help us.

You've been spotted by very thankful and slow healing daughters.

Today, Sat Feb 1st I went to Goodwill on McDougall Ave to attend their 50% off day and what a zoo it was. I needed help with something and for about 5 minutes could not find anyone to help me out as it was like I said, so busy. I went up to the cash to see if anyone could help and suddenly behind me I heard someone say "Hi how are you today, did you need some help".
I turned to see a huge guy standing behind me with a big smile and I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for, and without hesitation instead of just pointing out where I should go, he went with me to various locations on the floor to help me find what I was looking for. He explained to me how busy it was and was out from electronics trying to help people on the floor, and I felt bad as I felt I was keeping him from his work. He then told me it wasn't a issue as Customers are his first priority and his work would always be there waiting for him. I was so pleased as this by far, was the best customer service I have ever, and mean ever received.

He seemed so calm and other customers needed his help as he was with me, and he politely told them he would assist them as soon as he was done helping me. Its this kind of one on one service that I feel sets Goodwill apart from the other thrift stores in the city.
If you ever go to Goodwill on McDougall, and I'll repeat it is a beautiful store with TONS of merchandise, ask for the electronics guy, hes a great help also and provides excellent service. Also I though he was cute.

Signed,
A very happy, happy woman!!
