I want to send a shout out to the morning staff at the Dougal A& W. I went there today in a slightly harassed (and I will admit) demanding mood. I can also admit I was a bit unpleasant at first, it was FREEZING in the store. I walked up to the counter and set my 2 children down while I looked over the menu. The staff in there were courteous, pleasant and so willing to help. They immediately turned off the AC when I complained, helped me figure out the menu so we all got something we liked, then made something special and not on the menu for my fussy 1 year old who only likes pancakes or french toast. I must say, the cook (who made it for us) and the counter lady (sorry I didn't get your names!) were the most pleasant and helpful people I've come across in customer service in a very long time! (I work in it myself!) I thanked them profusely and wanted to publicly let them know that just something small like that helped me out of my grumpy mood and really made us feel good! Much appreciated and you have been spotted!
It was confirmed today after a two year study, that the cause of the Windsor Hum is coming fro Zug Island!

I Spotted a very generous co-worker! I give her a ride home a couple times a week. She doesn't live far from our work so it's not out of my way only like 2 mins. Last night we were complaining about our pay being delayed an extra day because of the holiday and I said to her "ya I wanted to put gas in my car today because my gas light is on but I'll have to wait until tomorrow"
So I pulled up to her house and she slips 20$ into my cup holder and said "here for driving me home all these times" and I refused and she said "no take it". She had boxes from work that she brought home so I helped her carry it to her porch.
So a BIG spotted thank you for all of windsor to hear that you are the most generous coworker :)
My friend's mom died Wednesday after a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. My friend and her two sisters did an amazing job taking care of their mom and letting her know how very loved she was. I just wanted to let these girls know that their strength during this trying time has been inspirational. I am sure they have been spotted by many friends and family, and I'm sure they will continue to be spotted from heaven, making their mother proud.
View from Windsor tonight of Detroit.
This is a bit of an odd spotting, but earlier today on Ouellette I saw a couple in some sort of military vehicle pulled over. About 10 people were standing around them taking pictures of their two dogs that were with them. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what breed the dogs were! They were absolutely beautiful. Possibly the largest, fluffiest dogs I have ever seen. I have a photo, but I'm not sure if it will be of much help.
Thank you Richard Carson for this really nice photograph. Check out his page for more pictures.
