After going all over Windsor I called the Home Hardware on Lespearance Rd in Tecumseh and they still have several and the best price I found also. They are going fast though getting another shipment tomorrow they said.

I just wanted to say a HUGE Thank You to the couple in the white Jeep who helped me find my way home when I was lost in the middle of nowhere in Amherstburg! I was coming home from Leamington and am a relatively new driver. I stupidly followed the Detour signs, thinking they would lead me home as they had led me to the #3 Hwy. I ended up in the middle of nowhere, my phone was dead and I don't yet have a GPS. You were there for a reason...to help me!! So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

To the thoughtful young man that made a little boy so happy. At the Amherstburg festival today my son wanted a Amherstburg Admirals hockey team hat. I told him he would have to wait because I hadn't had a chance to get to the bank machine yet and we would come back later. This wonderful young gentleman reached into his wallet and paid for a hat for my son! I was so shocked!
He is the Admiral's goalie and will be our favorite player when we go watch them play. Young man your parents raised you well. You are a thoughtful, giving and sweet person. I hope my son grows up to be such a kind and considerate gentleman like you. You`ve been spotted!

My son had a dental emergency tonight. I drove by the dental clinic and amazingly enough they took my son in at 8pm on Canada day! Wanted say a big THANK YOU to Essex Dental and Dr.Stefano Storey!!!!!

Please help being mya home

Today, and many other days, Brian and Heidi have been spotted. They are the owners of the Bulk Barn on Manning road. Every time I go there they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Today I was making a cake and realized that I was out of fondant. I called Bulk Barn in hopes they would be open and I got Brian on the phone very pleasantly reporting their hours today. I was helped with A+ service while shopping. They are always so wonderful to the customers and serve everyone with respect. It makes a huge difference, and people notice. Thank you Brian and Heidi!

A HUGE thank you goes out to the two men who helped me out of a troubling situation today while I was at the car wash on Wyandotte Street (near Walker). You were both so quick to lend a hand and offer advice on how best NOT to damage the underside of my car after I made the brilliant move of driving right over a cement divider! You both had enough wisdom and kindness to direct me to put my car in neutral so the two of you could push me off of the divider. All I can say is that the world needs more considerate people, and I for one think the two of you should feel good about helping out a complete stranger in her "not so brilliant moment of need". Thank you from the lady who was just on a mission to clean her car......U guys rock!!!
