To Transit Windsor, and the bus driver who went out of his way to bring my wallet home last night:
Thank you so much. You turned a roller-coaster of an afternoon into a happy evening and helped me rest easy. I cannot express how grateful I am that you look out for your passengers.
Less than two weeks ago, I was driving in Windsor, and saw out in front of a home, very tall crosses, that appeared to be about 4 feet tall and made of metal. There was a sign that said cemetary crosses. At the time, I thought they looked quite nice and would like one for the back yard. NOW, I cannot remember where I saw them. In my mind's eye, I thought it was on Todd Lane approaching Malden, but when looking there did not see them.
Has anyone SPOTTED these and knows where they were??
On November 5th 2014 I had gotten into a accident on dougall and west grand Boulevard at around 3:15pm this young gentleman who witnessed the accident pulled over and came to my window to ask me if I was ok he directed me to reverse my car back and pull in to the nearest plaza he was very nice and made me comfortable and at ease after the whole situation he helped me and the lady properly exchange info and stayed and talked to the police describing what had happened he stuck around for a good 3 hours after everything was cleared and dealt with and made sure we were ok.
To the teacher who is very caring and thoughtful, you've been spotted.
I learned something today.
My son and I were having lunch at the Mall. We finished up and continued shopping. 10 minutes after leaving a store I noticed I was missing my keys. So first thing I do is run back towards the food court. Once there I look at the table I was sitting at and notice some teenagers sitting at it. I looked from a few feet away and didnt notice any keys anywhere. As I was about to turn and walk away one of the girls yelled out did you loose a set of keys? I turned and said yes, yes I did. She turned to one of her friends and he handed them to her. She walked up to me and said we were gonna drop them off a customer service after we finished our lunch. You just saved us a trip that way. I smiled and hugged her and said thank you so much. I learned that I should have asked them and not been intimidated by 4 teenagers having lunch thinking if they did take the keys they would have never turned them in. I thanked them all and headed home. My son looked at me and said mom when I grow up I'm always going to find things and then return them to the people who lost them. So sweet, he also learned something by witnessing it first hand with me.
Thanks again to those great kids.
