After frantically calling around to every tailor from Windsor to Lakeshore, I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get a zipper replaced in my winter jacket. Might I add this is the only winter jacket I have that currently fits me (I'm pregnant). After a quick call to IXL Cleaners Limited on Tecumseh Rd E and Moy (Windsor) they told me that even though they are swamped they would try their best to get it done before Monday. I received a call less than 24 hours later saying that my jacket was ready for pick up. Not only did they go above and beyond to fix it fast, they also repaired a small tear without me even asking, or charging me for it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dry cleaning or tailor needs! Wishing all the staff at IXL Cleaners a wonderful Holiday Season.Thanks again -from very warm pregnant woman

A few weeks ago I had a chair delivered from Coulters. Just wanted to share how impressed I was with the delivery drivers. They were respectful of my pets, set up where I wanted and were very pleasant to deal with. I will be mentioning this to Coulters as well. I appreciate how courteous you were!

To my children, Every time we go through a drive-thru my kids have a blast. I started following this page a year ago. Every time my kids come home from school they want me to read them all the good stories. The stories about people who pay it forward and good deeds done in and around the city. It makes them so happy to hear about all these awesome people that live in our city. Now this is where it gets good...
The get some money every week for completing their chores, and birthdays and such. Every time we go through a drive thru they ask me to find out how much the order behind us was. When I do and if it’s something they can afford they ask if they can pay for it. I allow it and I sometimes chip in if they do not have enough on them. (It’s usually only 2-5 bucks). The reaction they get from people as they wave to them saying thank you is what they enjoy most. They tell me they feel so good after that and they love it. I am very proud of them for how much they are growing up caring about others and realizing how great it feels to do something kind for another person. They have since collected can goods/ clothes and small gifts and dropped them off at local charities and organizations. This all started with a couple stories from last December I read to them from this page. I just wanted to give you guys a shout out and possibly a story to share with others. Every morning I go to Timmies on Ottawa Street in Walkerville. I am always greeted with a warm smile by the sweet lady with short red hair and big blue eyes. You say hello to me like we are long time friends, when I don't even know your name! I look forward to seeing you in the window with your pretty smile and twinkling eyes.
