Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings all around the world
This is to the really cool couple at the Mac's in Forest Glade last night around 2am.
You guys were totally fantastic, real, and down to earth people, and I think I told you that. It's not too often I meet real peeps in a store in the middle of the night like that. Your dog greeted me at the door and everything. Really cool! Total down to earth conversation about events that had happened in your building and Kind Eggs. It's so fantastic to meet real people that I just had to spot you! :) It was a total pleasure talking to real people for a change. Keep being real!
I had surgery February 4th, 2015 at hotel dieu and I just want to take the time to mention the wonderful lady I met while in the OR waiting area. Her name was Galia and she knew I was nervous and held my hand and told me a beautiful story of guardian angels.
I hope you are recovering well and want to thank you for your calming prescence and kindness.
All the best.

Hello, this is not a spotted but I am wondering if everyone who has attended SandPoint Beach on Riverside Drive could like this post and if possible, comment with how your experience went. Thanks!
My wife and I had to go to see a surgeon today to have a tooth of hers removed. My wife went into the room for her surgery and I sat in the waiting room waiting. This woman comes in and starts talking to the receptionists, kibitzing about a ring she has on her finger and her age. I did not catch her name so for this purpose I will call her "Shirley." Shirley went on to say how old she was and when I heard my mouth dropped Shirley was 84yrs old, she didn’t look a day over 60 and very spry. Shirley started talking about something to do with cancer and then said this " My husband and I loved the song Spanish Eyes, we used to dance together to that song every time we heard it." what her next statement was nearly brought me to tears ....She was at home and somehow whether it be the radio or something on the television, the Song Spanish Eyes was playing. She told the girls at the desk that she went into her bedroom grabbed the picture of her husband and danced with it in her arms ....the girls let a big awe out and then Shirley said "Well you know it's been 38 years since I lost him" WELL, My god my jaw dropped and I could feel tears welling up ...Goes to show True love never dies!
To the guy in "Basic" at Lauzon and Tecumseh who paid for my groceries..
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart, you made my day .My daughter experienced a very important lesson today ..Like you said "Kindness come's a long way ".She couldn't understand why would somebody pay for us just because we let him go in front of us in line. Now she understands and I need to thank you for it..
Kudos to you God bless you
Any updates on Cookie? I pray she's been found. My tablet will not show all the entries in the original post.
Jenny and Blair from Met hospital emergency room on Friday night, you have been spotted. Your amazing compassion and willingness to go way above and beyond your job description was noticed! You are both loving, caring soles who helped that man through a very difficult time. His appearance and behaviour had many of us trying to avoid him. You took the time to meet his needs as no one else would. I felt ashamed for my own lack of compassion for him! Thank you for reminding me the proper way to treat a fellow human being!
