Outstanding Care at WRH-Ouellette Campus

I want to take a moment to thank the staff at WRH Ouellette campus (formerly Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital), for the outstanding care my husband received last Wednesday evening. We made a visit to the ER department after my husband hurt his ankle playing hockey. From the time we arrived we experienced professional, kind and compassionate care. Within three hours he had his x-rays done, seen the doctor, had a soft cast put on and an appointment set up for the fracture clinic. I want to thank the wonderful staff and doctors for who took such great care of my Husband. Again thank you.

Thanks for speaking up!

I would like to thank the wonderful ppl in the waiting room at a animal hospital for speaking up, so they would help my dog! I couldn't believe that they were making me give my info before helping my dog, who was bleeding all over the waiting room and they certainly weren't listening to me. So the biggest thank you to the man who finally spoke up and told them! If it wasnt for you sir they would've made me give all my info before looking dog. I also would like to thank the rest of the waiting room for being so understanding and truly caring about the well being of my baby ♡ Thanks to all of you, she is now home and recovering :-)

Dog hunt

I just want to thank a few in my neighbourhood for helping me chase down my dog Tyson. He thinks it's a game. Unfortunately, I did have to cross through some back yards ( Polonia park ) with a group of helpful kids screaming the occasional, "Tyson!" And for that I am sorry. Being strict with this dog is the ONLY way he listens. I am very thankful for everyone who helped out as I have my 6 month boy with me. Thanks guys & #9825; & #9825; so much. Now my first baby is now home safe. & #9825;

The drivers who pulled over to help me and my daughter

To the 2 WONDERFUL Samaritans who pulled over to help me today while my daughter was chocking I am eternally grateful.
I apologies that I did not get your names during the commotion but I am hoping this finds you.
To the lady who pulled over almost immediately after me.
Thank for for showing that no matter the reason people will stop to check and help.
You kind smile as the gravity as what was happening set it was very re-assuring. Thank you for staying calm and keeping me grounded *not to mention calling for the ambulance :)*
To the gentleman who appeared seconds after I started working with my daughter thank you for your calm voice and tips/ help. You had the perfect way of reassuring me that it was all going to be okay. You could see I was a wreck and did not judge just offered support and guidance.
If this does reach either of you I would love nothing more than to be able to give you a hug and a small token of appreciation.
the event happened on April 13, 2015 around 3pm
