I went to the river for a walk on Sunday evening to clear my mind after a bad weekend of events. Once I was done my walk, I decided to sit on a bench and enjoy the view. Inevitably, I started crying, almost uncontrollably, for a really long time until I was interrupted by a kind, gentleman. I asked this man to leave me alone and go away multiple times but he kindly refused and told me that I could talk to him. As much as I tried to turn him away, he persisted. When I didn't tell him what was wrong, he asked why I wouldn't talk to him and I said that I couldn't share details of my life with a stranger so he began to talk about his life until eventually he was able to figure out a general idea of why I was upset. After quite some time chatting, he had me laughing and I am so grateful that he took time out of his day to make me smile. Thank you, stranger! ;-)

A big thank you to Brian from the City of Windsor Parks Department who went out of his way today to help me look for a set of lost keys at the Optimist Dog Park in S. Walkerville. Unfortunately the keys were never recovered . Brian not only helped me look for the keys in the park but unlocked a garbage can to reassure me that I didn't toss them in there ,

Today I was driving down Howard, a young boy and girl stop to help an elderly woman. I was stopped at the light and this elderly woman was walking on the sidewalk with one of those carts she pulls behind her with groceries. She hit a spot on the sidewalk or lost control and it had tipped over dropping all her groceries and apples and oranges were rolling around. I was on the opposite side of the street and decided I'd pull over when I can and help her pick everything up. Before the light turned green 2 young teenagers put their slushie down and helped her pick everything up. As I parked and walked towards them I noticed a smile on the elderly ladies face as the young teenage girl gave her a hug when they finished up. The younger man gave her a high five and they grabbed their slushie and continued to walk. It was so wonderful to see that happen and have a place to share it with everyone else. I told those kids how proud I was to see what they did and they thanked me for noticing. Thank you for making my day and I hope seeing this makes yours.

I wanted to give a shout out to one the best insurance brokers out there!!! Kari @ hub international . She is the best, she goes out of her way to help clients and do whatever she can. So if you are looking for a good broker give her a call!!

I'd just like to send out a thank you to the handful of awesome truckers that my kids passed on the highway on our way home from Greenview Aviaries last night ( Sunday at around 7pm).
I had just shown my young daughter and son how to ask truckers to beep their horns. They were really shy to do it at first. But once the first kind man beeped his horn they couldnt stop laughing. It just brought such pure joy and happiness to my kids. Their faces lit up and they laughed and laughed!
So to the handful of nice truck drivers that took the time to make my kids so happy I say thank you ! You've been spotted :D

Thank you to the kind man in the white pickup truck at Tim Hortons at tec and chandler . He seen my license plate was falling off and he said just a minute. He ran over to his truck pull out some tools and fixed :)Thank you for being such a gentleman and helping a lady out. Kind Man you have been Spotted.

We are having some work done in our backyard, and I wanted to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by North Construction. The quality of their work speaks for itself, especially their attention to details specified by my usual DIY husband, but what has endeared them to us is the attention they pay to our young son. They are never too busy to take a break and answer his questions and satisfy his unending appetite for things that go. This is not an advertisement but just a thank you to North for building our designs and for building up a young child! It means a lot.
