For the lady that got her driver side window smashed today at Devonshire mall just wanted to say I hope they find the low life person who did this! I just wanted to say you were very kind and calm!!!!.....I hope everything works out for you!!! Signed from the lady with the toddler.
Yesterday while visiting the casino, l started talking to an elderly lady sitting beside me. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Not a complaint came out of her mouth. She told me she had turned 103 years old in July. I was so amazed at how intelligent and young this woman talked and looked. Kudos to you for being the person you are today. She talked highly of her retirement/ nursing home in Leamington and the great staff they have there. I did not catch her name, but l am sure people must know her. Treasure her every day, she was a delight to talk to. And thank you to the staff that takes such good care of her. Her only complaint - the home did not provide trips to the Casino, she has to rely on her friend to drive her. Wishing her many more years of happiness :)
To the Mama at Freshco on Huron Church Tuesday September 20th around 2pm. Your little man was having a massive breakdown, I seen the people giving dirty looks and I heard their comments which I am sure you did as well. I seen you and your friend trying everything possible to calm him down. I approached you and handed you a little toy I had in my purse I keep for emergencies when my son has breakdowns. I saw the tears in your eyes and it broke my heart. I just wanted to say your son looked very well cared for, you seemed very patient and kind when speaking with him, we have ALL been there whether those people making comments want to admit it. Kids cry, they are unpredictable balls of emotion sometimes and you reacted very well. You're a good mom! When you walked out in tears I wish I would have called after you and hugged you. Keep your head up Mama!!
Please, please, please!!!!!!
You found my wallet and were decent enough to mail it back to me. Can you please send me the ring that was also inside. I don't care about the money, but you have no idea what that ring means to me!
The only reason it was in there was because my hands had been swelling... I haven't taken it off in 5 years. It was a gift from my mother, and I will never be able to get another.
It's gold with a peridot. It isn't worth anything.
If you want the $100 it's worth I can give you that.
Please.
It was a black leather wallet and you sent it to an address in cottam.
To the young man who stopped his large water truck in the intersection of Tecumseh and Kildare about 11:30 this morning to help a little old lady on her walker get across Tecumseh and stayed with her till she was safely on the other side, bless you. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. You have been spotted.
While shopping with my daughter's yesterday I accidentally left my keys in the ignition and killed my battery. An incredibly friendly and generous man offered me a boost. My cables fried and he went out of his way to make sure I got my van started. His wife and son arrived with their cables and boosted my van. And to go a step further, they insisted I keep their cables so I didn't have to buy another set. Their generosity nearly brought me to tears as I have been going through a difficult time lately. Patrick (I'm horrible with names so I hope I got yours right) and family, your generosity has been spotted!
The pastor and his wife from C.A.C Bethel Family Church were selling their vehicle and saved me (a single mom and full time student) a lot of time and money while providing me with a safe/ reliable ride. Thank-you again and you've been spotted for being wonderful people!
