I just wanted to say thanks to parking enforcement guy today, I went into the variety store at the corner of Prince rd & Sandwich Street on April 25 around 6 pm not realizing I parked in a no parking zone when the owner of the store who pointed it out that I was about to get a ticket & thank you to him also or I wouldn't even of notice. I ran out of the store & the parking enforcement guy was so nice & saw that I was literally In the store for 2 mins & erased the ticket & let me go. Maybe he didnt even start printing it up yet but im just happy he didnt give me the ticket. I was having a bad day already & that would of just added to it more but instead that actually put a smile on my face & made my day better. So thank you so much for not giving me that ticket when I know damn well u could of. I hope you see this!
To the girl who was ahead of me in the drive thu, thank you for paying for my bill. I have no idea why you did it, but I hope you see this. Thank you and have an awesome day!
Thank you to Chris from Buddies Eatery and Tap today for going into the street to rescue my panicked dog. You took the time to stay with him, calm him down and call the number on the tag. I am so grateful that you were doing your shopping and could not have received a better outcome. Thank you.
We were at the IDine IN family restaurant this past Sunday, It was packed with the usual Sunday church crowd. And as this couple passed by with two kids barely squeezing by our table said to us " we paid for your meal, have a blessed day" and the wife repeated " have a blessed day" I think blessed was spurted out several times. Maria kinda turned red and we said with our mouths full "Thank you" So we thought we would pay it forward and gave Laura(the owner) a 30 dollar tip. Thank you again for paying for our meal.
An A& W employee helped a family of Canadian geese cross the road across 5 lanes on Walker Road. Its nice to see we have people who care so much still.
Today I decided to go shopping across town at Metro on Central, they had a lot of good stuff on sale and I never go to Metro anymore since they closed the one in the west end. I had my 2 daughters with me and we did about $75 worth of shopping. I got to the cash and realized my bank card was still at home. I was super embarrassed but just figured what can I do? Then the amazing lady in line behind me offers to pay for all of our groceries. I can't thank you enough for being so amazingly generous and showing my daughters that there are truely nice people out there. I didn't get your name, but hopefully you'll see this post and know how truly grateful I am.
What was once lost now is found! Thank you so much Jessica Castaneda for being a honest person and returning my iPad. Your kind heart and generosity is greatly appreciated. Thanks for being a fantastic person! After all I went through with all the scammers out there, I'm just grateful that Windsor has good people!
Was recently in ER at Met and who two awesome nurses. They were so kind and patient. One made me a cup of tea with her own mug when I mentioned I wanted to eat my cookies but needed a hot drink to dunk them in. I think her name was Elyssa. Sarah was great with the man next to me. Very patient and kind. These nurses really impressed me!
