Random Act of Kindness at the Vets, to the man who gave us a smile and money.

On Sunday night my husband and I brought our dog to the Lauzon 24hr Emergency Vet. This was our third visit that week I told you, as we waited. Our dog had stopped eating and had lost a significant amount of weight and we were worried that it was connected to the cancer she has. I could see your love and compassion in your eyes as you told our dog that "she was a pretty girl". You were picking up your significant others dog Benji. When it was your time to leave you handed me a hundred dollar bill and even though my husband and I refused you put it in my sweater pocket and said to put it towards our sweet girl and figuring out what's wrong. I want to tell you, your generosity brought tears to my eyes; I have never experienced such a random act of kindness. You are an amazing soul! Our sweet girl has started to eat again thankfully and we hope that she is on the road to recovery. I hope this somehow finds you! From the bottom of my heart I thank you for your kind generosity but most of all I thank you for your thoughtful words and caring smile, you have no idea how much we needed that at the moment.
If anyone knows who this might be please tag them or share!
Once again thank you!

Surprised, Thank you so much for covering our check!

A recent visit to a popular Windsor diner afforded us the chance to meet two young men who were English teachers who taught in foreign countries. Interesting conversation ensued and when all was said and done one of them left the table while the other finished his meal. They left the table and the older man hugged my wife and thanked us for the chat and left the diner. I called for my meal check only to find out that our dinner had been paid for, total shock. We regret not having been formally introduced

Whoever you are, God Bless You Both

Silhouette Motorcycle lady, thank you for being an angel!

I am the man that was riding that motorcycle. It was a beautiful day turned into the most horrific day of my life.
This goes out to a young lady who I could only imagine was the first one on the scene of an extremely scary and painful motorcycle accident that took place on Prince Road. August 2nd about 10:50am

As I'm typing this to you, anxiety and emotions are overwhelming and are showing on my cheeks. As you the silhouette motorcycle lady was above me looking down. I couldn't even tell you what color your hair was but I can tell you your voice was soft and comforting and at that point very much needed. I felt my body was twisted and bent in ways that only nightmares are made of. With concern and fear I'm yelling "my leg is broke" Quickly, That was no longer my concern or fear. The concern and fear turned into where is my mother? Where is my mother? Is my mother ok? Over and over. All i can hear in my pounding head is people yelling
And for some reason the sound of metal smashing knowing very well that am laying on the ground and can't move. The silhouette motorcycle lady head reached over me and in front of the Sun. She was the first one to inform me my mother is okay first one to approach me. She held my hand and was having a conversation as if I'm sitting in her backyard at her picnic table. Comforting and reassuring me, the noise of yelling and metal smashing escaped my head. It became a state of calm. Your human care went further than you know, i thank you with all of my heart especially the part of my heart you unknowingly tattooed because it's going to be with me forever, for life. Again I can't remember your face or hair color but I do remember your voice. I do know you live over there LOL (as you pointed) and your husband rides motorcycle. You were there before I lost consciousness. You were there when I came to. As soon as the paramedics came it seemed as if you disappeared like angels do. I hope this gets to you somehow, I truly do thank you.
Motorcycle silhouette lady thank you. Thank you thank you. So you know, my mother and I are okay. We have a long road of healing and Rehab to do. The really good news is, We have some healing and Rehab to do. If you see this or know who this lady is please tag her or share so I can find her!
You are truly an angel.

Business Spotting Thank You

This post is a little late but still wanted to put it out there. I was at the Walkerville Art Walk on July 21. I stopped by a vendor and bought something. Kept walking around to another vendor named Border City custom Prints, I walked up and was looking at her products. She makes handmade bath bombs. Without showing any interest in her products yet she offered me a bag for my previous purchase from a vendor that was a glass candle jar, awkward to hold. Very nice of her to offer her own supplies to me to carry my item. I continued to look at her products and bought a few. She was very helpful in questions I had about her product. I have extreme eczema and her bath bombs did not react with my skin they left me feeling so smooth and relaxed. She had different scents and colors and it was so pretty to watch the foam of colors in my bath.

Thank You Again.

Thank you so much to the Good Samaritan that found my lost iPhone at the University and returned it to me. I was very upset and I am glad that people like you are in the world. I had no money on me to offer you a reward but I will pay your good deed forward :) Thank you again.

Kudos to the cops looking out for stolen stuff

I got back into town last night after more than a month away on a motorcycle trip west. I had driven out with my bike in the back of my truck and once there took it out and rode up and down the coast. I then put it back in the truck for the trip back. Passing through Windsor I was pulled over by Windsor police where Dougall turns into the 401. Turns out a bike in the back of a truck at 3AM in the middle of the week is suspicious. After they determined the bike was mine and not stolen they let me go.
Thanks to the Windsor Police for watching out for stolen bikes. The motorcycling community really appreciates it.

thank you

I just want to say Thank you to the west bound truck driver in the Woodstock On route. You made my daughter extremely happy and she was full of stories about her new friend Sam the Mounted Police Horse.
You had watched her give the giant Mountie Moose a hug and how she played with and had asked If we could get the stuffed animal horse that she was playing with. I had explained that maybe after dinner and that I would think about it. You were a head of us in line at the Wendy's and must of heard her ask me again for the horse and my reply. After you had ordered and while waiting for you order you walked over and purchased the horse for her. I told you that you did not have to do that and you told me that she reminded you of your little girl who is now 21 who also loved horses. But because you drove truck and were away alot you missed alot of these moments.

I do not know your name or even what trucking company you work for, but you have been spotted kind sir. Your act of kindness made the final 3hrs of our drive home full of imagination and stories of where Sam the horse would take her.
